My first time buying any product with Micellar water. Turns out I love the stuff!I use a cotton ball and go over my face once a day and it removes the day’s dirt from your face. The product also smells quite nice and isn’t drying.

My dermatologist discovered how much money I was spending on luxury skincare like Tatcha, Sunday Riley, Dermalogica, and Biologique Recherche and not getting the results I wanted and she told me "stop buying this stuff! Those formulas are lovely, all those expensive ingredients, but you don't need all that to clear your skin and they may actually be irritating you". She prescribed Tazorac to prevent cystic acne, which is like topical Accutane without all the rawness & flaking, Dapsone gel 7.5% for any texture or little bumps that arise along the hairline and jawline, Neutrogena Milky Cleanser, and this Neutrogena Micellar Water because I double cleanse. I follow with Neutrogena Water Cream moisturizer and my skin stays crystal clear, smooth and hydrated.

This Neutrogena micellar water works great! It removes makeup and dirt easily without leaving any residue or drying out my skin. Exactly what I was looking for — simple and effective!

All Hydro Boost products smell the same, and this is no exception. I wish it didn't small as strong, and had fewer additives. I prefer the Simple brand over Neutrogena and Garnier.

I don't find this micellar water to be particularly moisturizing, and it's really ineffective at removing my eye makeup. I wear NON-waterproof eyeliner and mascara, but it still takes LOTS of scrubbing with this product to fully remove the makeup. It has a slightly sweet, slightly chemical scent to it. The last ingredient is "fragrance," although this product is not marketed as a scented product. It's not an overwhelming scent, but there is definitely a scent to it. I also notice that after I use this product all over my face, if I lick my lips, I can taste the product - it's bitter. Other micellar waters I've used are much better at removing makeup, have no scent, and leave no bitter residue behind.
