Fantastic
Been thinking for a while to use this product but thought 1 would it work and 2 do I have the time to fit it. I have huge Windows in an old pub and I have so far done 4 windows and not used up 1 roll. Few tips. I over measured by a few inchesI, I put the tape up on the 4 edges. I used the yellow margin side down the left side as that was easier for me, I pulled 1 strip of tape back at a time to ensure the film didn't get stuck everywhere. So I went left then right then top and finally bottom, doing it this way it went on flat. I left it for 24hrs before using a very hot hair dryer. Dnt over pull as it will shrink with the hair dryer. Dnt worry about crease marks it will come out with the heat. I didn't heat the edges just the pane areas. I had a full bar last night and not 1 person spotted it but I had several comments of "what's different today" the sound inside has less echo. 4 huge windows took me an hour and that includes removing curtains/poles and cleaning frames. So easy job. Do not get help it's a 1 person job. I only have 17 windows left to do this week. My windows are around 6ft by 4ft wooden sash.

Not fit for purpose.
I tried this on two, very cold and draughty windows, having first carefully read the instructions and watched the video. I took my time. A LOT of time, mostly because I found it almost impossible to remove the backing paper from the sticky strips! I didn't miss a single step. Applied it carefully. Used a hair dryer to tighten thr film. Initially impression - yes, it made a difference. However, I got up this morning, less than 24 hours later, to discover that the film on BOTH windows, has peeled away from the window surround. My window surrounds are wooden. A complete and utter waste of time and money. So disappointed.

Easy of use
A few years ago, I put foil on the windows, which was a little thinner than this one, and I needed more patience. This one is a bit thicker and is easier to stick by following the instructions and taking your time. After heating the foil, slightly visible fold lines remain, but you have to look closely. A roll of foil is enough for several windows (sashes) of standard sizes. The quality is worth the price.

The tape is useless
The actual film is strong but the tape is useless. It was shrunk just enough to make it taught but the next morning it had pulled away from the tape in several places rendering it useless.

Window film
Big enough to cover large window, bit fiddly to get wrinkles out but hairdryer cures the small ones.
