Really improves focus with no side effects
I have tried more expensive brands before and I suspected these might not be as good but actually they seem to provide better focus and concentration. Even better they have no side effects and are almost tasteless (as opposed to other brands which can taste overly strong). Will certainly buy again and again

Appreciable date of expiry
I cannot for the moment assess the effectiveness of this product but I appreciate that there is a good 'Best before' date showing good customer care!

I was initially pretty sceptical about this but I have noticed a difference in my mood since I starting taking it. I've been using it alongside 5 HTP and I feel more alert and a lot more upbeat.

initial brain clarity and boost, however, after using it for a couple weeks, side effects became an issue. I became, slow and tired, mood hit the floor too.
