Was skeptical but to be honest it seems pretty decent. Seems like it’s made by or copy of the big “s” company. May be a private label as can tell by programming instructions and the key, which is an unbranded key but has the head of a key marketed by that big “s” company. It’s heavy, not flimsy. It has a key override which is mechanical and not going to fail when the lock fails which is why I bought this to replace a failed lock. That key override would not work because a piece failed within. So it took almost no time to install and was easy to do, even for someone who hasn’t done before it’s easy enough. Just going to see how it holds up, for now I’m impressed and hopeful!

I changed all of our entry doors to smart handles. I chose this one for the garage since you can lock it from the outside and forget about it from the inside. Unfortunately, the forgetting about it makes it a pain when you have kids visiting and needing to use the garage door! Otherwise very sturdy, simple to install and set up and I like the way the handle feels. Very garage like but not manly, if that makes sense!

Love this lock.. I upgraded from the 'Level Lock' to this Superior Lock.Out with the stupid Level Lock (Not only do you stand in front of your door, trying to activate the lock...issues issues)(Then trying to take it out, it got stuck in my door, I couldn't open it and had to pay 150 $ to fix this by removing my door to get the stuck bolt out... Level Lock Sucks.Ta Da !! Enter this lock. Amazing.1. Super easy to install, there are QR codes to videos to show you what to do. Super simple.2. Code changes, great instructions. to set your own code up(Also change the Programming code so others can't break in with that default code) This is explained in the instructions.Walk up to the lock, touch it to activate, enter your 4 digit code and # sign and you are in.(With 4 digits you get 10,000 possible combinations, So no one will ever guess you r code.Why we love this. As soon as you enter your key code, it will lock automatically in 5 seconds. It even displays a timer.So as soon as you unlock it, come inside, the door will automatically lock !No Wi-Fi needed. Level lock did.4 triple AAA batteries which should last a year. Easy to open the lock and put new ones in.My Wife feels so much more secure now. I love it and the way it looks.Attaching pictures, don't judge we have to touch up the doors (ha ) with fresh paint after all the work I had to do to remove my old Level Lock.Just be sure to change your programming code and write it down !!!

Love the design. Set up was super simple. Great quality. Works perfectly and response is smooth and seamless.

unfortunately, slight programming changes in the handles make it difficult to keep unlocked for daily usage, now instead of a simple #/* command after user code is entered they now want you to go through a sequence in the programming menu. not easy nor user friendly unlike older units especially for older workers. definitely look elsewhere.

These digital lock door systems work very well. They were relatively easy to install and program.

I have put these going into the employee only bathroom, office doors or even some closets. They function perfectly, easy to install and with fresh good quality batteries lasts a very long time. These get a lot of use and several are now 4 years old.
