New! Colour Changing Drinking Straws. Sip an ice cold drink and our straws change from one colour shade to another. Just place them in an ice cold drink or the fridge and watch the straws change colour. Remove and wait a while to warm up again and the colour changes back. They are made to work better at warmer temperatures (in summer) and this temperature is around 23C. So if used at this temperature or over you will get the best effect, when then cooled. They will then change back when warmed again. This is also why they change back faster in the hands. For fun, to see the reverse effect in winter warm drinks, store them in the fridge and then pop into a warm (not hot) drink. Colours are mixed randomly and can vary. Different colours from those mentioned can also be in a pack. All have been tested to the required food safety directives. Makes a great gift! Suitable for iced cold drinks. Colour change can be affected by ambient temperature, so they will already start to change colour if the air temperature is cool.

I had ice in the drink and they did not change colour. It was a very hot day, and straws were very sturdy, just not what I was expecting x

Perfect for Cocktails
These are perfect for cocktails in long glasses as they are nice and long and due to the crushed ice they work at there best. My grandchildren also think they are fab for there juice and the 3 year old loves pointing out the colour change. Superb idea and a bit of fun for a party at a good price.Mand

I bought this item as it looked a great value for money and sounded quite interesting for a party i was holding. When they came i straight away made a cold drink to test them. And Believe me they will amaze you. As soon as the straw touched the water it magically changed colour. The great thing about the straws is that when removed and put in your hand they change back to the original colour and what's even more special is that they can be reused. This is a product that will enhance your party and gives your guests something to remember. A unique product that does exactly what you expect it to do. A must buy!!!!
