Titan 16148 148-Piece Master Security Bit Set

This set has all the common and most of the specialty driver tips. The tips seem well formed but I can't comment as to the metal quality since I only use this for the security screws and it's generally easy use. In other words, not my main set. I would guess that the metal is decent but not great but in truth I don't know. The box works very well and organizes the bits nicely if you leave it in a big toolbox or on a shelf but I suspect that if you carried it around in a truck or toolbag, it would not hold up and would possibly break and also fail to retain the bits in their individual spots. Overall, a good set for the money but not perfect for all situations.

The 148 piece little ditty is a Godsend! Every bit know to man is this set. No need to hit Home Depot for that obscure one time bit. Great price also.

Man, what a great set! The case is solid, the bits are of good quality, and it has just about everything. I travel full time, and this kit lives with me. I've used this to fix an old typewriter and sewing machine. It had the slot drive (flathead) that comes to a parallel point, so they work well for machine screws... The bit holders are top notch - never broken, never hard to take bit out... Overall great product.EDIT: After a few years of using this set, I still absolutely love it. The only problem has been that one of the bit holders in the lid has come loose and that particular bit always falls out when I close it.

I have only used these bits a few times and the quality seems pretty good. What I find to be the “ Wow “ factor is the nice case and the great presentation. Any bit I can image ever using is right there with very easy access. The bit holder has a good magnet. No more looking thru every tool box drawer for the right bit which I might not even have to begin with. And the long bits make life a lot easier too.

This is a great bit set for anyone who does a lot of diy work, or service tech could also use this set on a budget. The bits seem to be slightly magnetized which is great for holding screws. This set has the right amount of duplicates for the most part, plenty of number two phillips bits which you will go through a lot. The draw backs are the 1 inch and 2 inch long bits like to come loose from there slots in transit so when you open the case up they will sometimes fall out. Bought these for my brother as a Christmas present after a woman at work bought one from a local store for 60 dollars. She brought them in to see if we thought it was a good present for her husband. Looks well made; saw some cheap similar bits (by another seller) but the security holes were drilled off-center; these are well made; holes on-center. My brother has used only a couple of times but he keeps thanking me for his present. Should have bought one for me but I already have the TEMO set. Both look similar in quality; more bits in the Titan. If you read the complaints on the Titan, they are all about the plastic box and not about the bits. IF I EVER need some more bits, I'll buy the Titan's FOR ME!!!

the bits are better quality than you would expect, I have purchased 3 of these and they are all great, not as high quality as some other brands, but no-one else sells Every bit you may ever need in one package that is this good of quality. I use it every day as a mechanic.

Bits are awesome . Expect for the fact that the box plastic bit holder breaks easy . Other them that all the bits you need are there .
