Works Great!
This product seems to work just fine and the price is very good. All I can complain about is Amazon, who promised to deliver to me on Wednesday and I received on the following Tuesday....6 days late! No explanation from Amazon but it did appear to be them and now the vendor.

Fantastic
I wanted to use them for an entire season before I wrote my review. Battery life is really good, they're a little bulky but I probably could have gone a size down. I've worn them for my walk along the water, shoveling and using the snow blower and they stay nice and toasty without dying.

Works well, but you cannot wash them
These gloves do a great job at keeping my hands warm during cycling in cold temps. I keep it on low-med setting for about 1 1/2 hours. Hands do get sweaty during this activity. You can't wash these gloves. Wiping them off with a damp cloth with detergent is not enough. Hoping febreeze will work, otherwise I'll have to stop wearing them. Dirty gloves stink!!!

Work well, but not wearing well
I'm diabetic and have to be careful of my fingers. As a ski instructor I have to be out at all kinds of cold temps. I liked the look and heater design of these gloves and initially they worked out well. I bought them toward the end of last season and things were fine. I'm already back to teaching this winter and while the heater is still fine, one seam is tearing and one zipper on the battery compartment has totally failed.

A must have!
I live in a very cold area. These gloves are a must when you live in an area with extreme cold temps. The batteries charged fairly quickly, and were easy to install. There are 3 levels of heat. These gloves are probably more suited for men as they are a bit big on me. I do not mind that they run big because I can wear another pair of light gloves under them. They are also very soft on the inside. It was 5 degrees this morning, and my hands were nice and warm on my way to work.

Worthless
The gloves didn’t get warm enough to combat 45 degree weather. The battery went dead roughly 20 minutes after a full charge. I’m not sure they were defective or just garbage.

Kept my hands warm at 19*
These gloves did the job keeping my hands warm and toasty while snowshoeing in 19 degree weather. I would love to have backup batteries. They do run out of power after 4-5 hours. This is not convenient on an all day outing.

Where can I buy an extra Battery?
First, I thought it was the glove, but I have ruled that out. Here is what is happening. 1st time set both gloves to medium heat, after 2.5 hours left glove did not come on and right one was fine for the rest of the day. Charged both batteries for next event. Switched batteries then after 2.5 hours right glove did not come back on and left one did. This was the moment I realized it was the battery. I did do a 3rd try and same thig happened just as the first time. So where can I get another battery. Thanks in advance. I put 2 stars in hopes the company would maybe look at this.
