Buy it (and don't listen to other reviewers, and don't listen to Wacom)
If you're reading this, you're either an owner of a Wacom device, or you're not and you're looking for a way to convert HDMI to DP *and* combine it with PD to deliver video and power on a single USB-C cable. If you fall in the former category, sorry, I have no clue what a Wacom One is, I didn't buy this cable for that. If you fall in the latter category just like me, search no more, this is the cable you need, it just works.I doesn't matter that it was supposedly made specifically for Wacom One, and other reviewers clearly didn't understand how this cable works so ignore the reviews. In my case, I can now use my Asus Zenscreen with a single cable. This is by far the cleanest and cheapest solution to get HDMI-to-DP + PD on a single USB-C cable.

Read the Fine Print and Make Sure You Have *Exactly* The Right Device
Today I learned that the WACOM One 13 and the WACOM One 13 Touch use different cables. I own this:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082LZXQ6B/But this is a cable for this:https://www.amazon.com/Wacom-Full-Laminated-Touchscreen-Chromebook-Education/dp/B0B4VRV99F/If you're like me you'll see right away that the connector isn't the same as a WACOM 13 ONE, which comes off at a right angle instead of straight. But don't mistake that for a simple difference in style. Until I had this in my hands and came back to reread the product page, what I had NOT thought to do was look up promotional photos of the WACOM 13 One *Touch*. If you do you'll see that that device uses this exact cable, because the WACOM 13 One Touch isn't just the same display as the WACOM 13 One with added functionality, the port at the top is actually redesigned in such a way that the old plug is incompatible. I can see that retrospectively looking at the promotional photos, but it didn't even occur to me that that would be the issue because-- at the time-- I didn't realize that my WACOM is also the prior generation. Despite the extremely similar names and the fact that said names don't denote chronology at all, they're completely different devices from different points in time.As for the people in the comments saying that this works, they aren't picking up on what's going wrong and are misleading people into thinking the issue is other users are just trying to plug the wrong plug into the wrong port. With the product in my hands, no, that's almost definitely not the problem anyone is having because A) the plug that plugs into the power has a little lightning bolt sticker around it, and B) it's on the same side of the brick as the USB-A and HDMI plugs, which is something of a clue as to its function.Unfortunately, I ordered this during a really busy time and likewise didn't pick up on what was going wrong. But I decided to do the legwork to explain the problem for the general audience. I'm still choosing to give this one star because while the seller is *technically* stating accurately what devices this works for, there's an extremely subtle difference between the names of the devices this works for and ones it doesn't work for, which is clearly causing problems for many of the buyers, and they still have not added a disclaimer to their description clearly explaining that the "Touch" version of the displays is entirely different. Of note, other sellers of things that are commonly returned because they're confusing *do* put these disclaimers. The fact that they haven't at this point means you have to assume they're intentionally not putting one because, hey, money from people who can't use what they bought is still money.I've gotten a USB-C extension to see if I can work around the problem. I don't have a lot of hope based on at least one other user who tried cutting down the rubber bumper and said it still didn't work, but as the rubber on the plug was damaged slightly trying to plug it in, I don't have a lot of options. It may be that WACOM also changed the way the signals are integrated between generations-- a bit of an evil thing to do that smacks of planned obsolescence-- and if that's the case then I'm basically just out 50 bucks, but I have a new USB extension. If by some miracle the extension works as a workaround I'll try to come back and edit this review to let people know.

YES IT WORKS with WACOM One 13 Touch
The Wacom cords that comes in the box will only work with "most" PC and Mac laptop. But if your Wacom screen is just a black screen, you will need this 3-in-1 cable. After reading the reviews, I was skeptical if it would work with the Wacom One 13 Touch (it's the same cord that Wacom site sells). I decided to test my luck and bought it anyway and YES IT WORKS! Tip you should know: The USB and HDMI plugs into your laptop, "THICKER" cord plugs into the Wacom, while the "THINNER" cord (with slightly larger rubber bumper) plugs into the AC adaptor (those who said this cord does not work perhaps was plugging the thinner cord to the Wacom which I also did before I realized it was wrong). Hope this helps.

It's working on a Wacom One 13 Touch!
Just got this 3-in-1 cable to get my brand new Wacom One 13 Touch to work after struggle to get the screen to show on a display for 5 days. The reason I gave a Overall rating 4 stars because the price! $50 is still little too expensive. Finally, I am able to draw and create more artwork!

Works for the Wacom One 12
Why didn't this just come with my tablet? Instead they had to give you some crappy USB C to C cable that only works with very specific USB C ports that are DP Alternate mode enable or thunderbolt ports. Super annoying and increases the cost of the Wacom One by having to buy this 3 in 1 cable. I would give this a 0 star review but it actually works correctly and is needed, what deserves 0 stars is the brainiac behind making the tablet come with only the USB C cable.

Connects Windows PC to Wacom Movink 13
This works to connect a Windows desktop PC to a Wacom Movink 13 tablet. If you have a laptop with a USB-C that supports display out, you won't need this. But if you are like me who bought the tablet and then were stuck wondering how to connect it to a desktop Windows PC, this is what you need.I'm a bit annoyed that Wacom did not make it more obvious that this was not included with the Movink (at that price) or documented you need to buy this. But it does work, no problems.

Defective :-/
I have ordered 2 of these now and both have been defective, don't have the money to order a third until I've been refunded for the first two. Other methods of connecting my tablet work, I have the 13 One Touch model which is said to work with this.

FIFTY BUCKS
Come on now Wacom. FIFTY BUCKS. The longer this company exists, the more I feel like I'm dealing with an auto manufacturer that's just trying to lock people in rather than giving a great product for a reasonable price. No wonder the overseas companies are eating their lunch.
