I think that this topic is very actual for everybody. This book was recommended me by my friend. And I want to say that it is really great resource to rapid fat loss, incredible sex, and become superhuming by Timothy Ferriss. The author scientifically explains how to optimize almost all aspects of physical life from diet and fat loss to gaining muscle and strength, running further and faster, sleeping better, and even performing better in bed. The book is well written and easy to understand. All techniques and tips are very detailed, effective and useful. This really is one of those life changing reads to help me improve my life that I just have to get. I liked this book and I got many helpful and practical answers on all my questions. I recommend this guide for everyone who cares about his health. It is worth reading.

All things considered, I like this version of a summary of the 4-Hour Body by Timothy Ferriss
This is an excellent summary of the book by Timothy Ferriss. This book helps to explain some of the strategies you can use to create dramatic changes in the body in very little time. Sometimes there is even little time spent on exercising or preparations. This book in its original form is a pretty lengthy book, so it is great that Concise Reading has provided the reader with a more speedy option for reading the book. I really appreciate this feature because I cannot possibly read all of the books that I am interested, especially if I need the information rather quickly. All things considered, I like this version of a summary of the 4-Hour Body by Timothy Ferriss.

Decent but still very high level
I thought this book would go 2 levels into the topics vs the actual book which may go 5 levels deep. That was not the case. The summary only explained the highest level of the concept effectively as a teaser for the book.

Great summary
Great summary of the 4 hour body by Tim Ferriss! I love how I can get a quick snapshot of the book without having to read the full version. I would recommend this for those wanting to become physically fit!

Too condensed.
I expected a condensed version but this left important information out. I should have purchased the real book.

It was very concise but requires reading of the full book on top of this purchase if interested in learning more.

The diet part definitely works. For that alone it deserves a high rating. Need to get through the rest.

Very informative and interesting!
I love knowing that this book was a summary with research of science based methods included to inform us on how to live longer, be healthier and enjoy life more by learning how to use your body to it's full potential. Great read! I am glad it was a summary, because I was able to read all of the main points and concepts without it taking forever. If I want to further explore the topics in this book, I know I can buy the full version.
