Immediately starts my 4runner with a v8 engine every.single.time.I bought one of the massive portable car jumpers from craftsman and it took waiting 6 minutes after 2 failed attempts.With this? You could literally have someone sitting in the drivers seat while the other hooks up the jumper to the battery and it will instantly start your car.Light weight, has a case, I carry it in my purse (larger bag for work) just in case.GAME changer. Used to call AAA, wait forever, get told lies (PSA - don’t trust aaa advise. Firstly, their batteries have been having major issues. Secondly, I was lied to that my battery was fine so it must be something wrong with my car and therefor my warranty doesn’t apply…. They also said my battery terminals were an issue and replaced them with (what I would later find out to be) shitty temporary ones. Long story short and $600 in tests later, it was the battery and their replacement temp terminals.Cheapest ease of mind to avoid ever worrying about dealing with AAA ever again for battery issues and their condescending lectures and selling you things that will worsen the problem.

I purchased this for an emergency. I needed it at home. My battery went dead; I mean, I couldn't even use the door opener. I did not think it could start the car right away, but it did. It also started started it a second time a little later. After 2 starts, it still had a 98% charge left. I did not expect that from it. I would recommend this to anyone, good quality and durability, a great deal for the money.

Very impressive. Im a mechanic old school. I keep 1 in every car.I have 3 so far..Good price. Works great. Ez to use.We had a power outage due to a storm and it came in handy. USB ports charged my phone too. Compact i keep it in glove box.Wife use it to help who needed a jump.. Very handy.Ty

I bought this for use in my mother's car. She has a Honda Fit with a tiny battery (my dad's old riding lawn mower uses the same size), and being 81 years old, she doesn't drive it more than once a week or so. Occasionally she'd have to call AAA because the battery didn't have enough starting amps to start the car. AA would jump it and the dealer would tell her to drive it more or get a trickle charger. No garage so no trickle charger. She stopped locking it at home so the alarm wouldn't drain, etc and the problem persisted. Long story short, I bought this to try, mostly for its price point.It worked easily to jump her car at the first attempt. Designed as a power bank too, next winter storm outage I know her phone and Kindle can remain charged. It appears solidly built and has an intuitive design. After jumping her car battery, the unit still read as having a 100% charge which I'd given it before use so I'm confident of its storage capacity but will no more when it has sat unused for some time. It comes with a good hard case for storage, one side for the unit and the other for the jumper cable.I would have given it 5 stars but the jumper cable is very short, too short to set on the car frame safely with the clamps connected, requiring my holding the unit while another started the car.

Absolutely LOVE this jumper…Im a tech at a shop and was just taking a chance with a smaller lighter unit and this one is AMAZING…i have jumped 2, 5.7 liters and 2 v6 cars and its STILL at 70%…110% worth it..

Works great for a compact unit. I purchased two of them one as a gift the other for me. I have used it to start a friend car and it worked perfect.

Fully charged but haven't had the chance to use it or need it yet, so I really can't give an opunion on it.😇

Here is how i got my car started on a fairly new battery. First i put the red and black clamps on then plugged it to the charger to be safe. It turned green. A small light. it boosted it off but it quickly died again. I left it on for a couple of hours and it did not charge it. Brought it in and charge it back to 100%. Took it out to try again. Green light on start car and give rev the car. Died again. Took off the charger. Repeat three more times. Finally got it started but I had to keep my foot on the gas for a couple of minutes.
