The brim of this hat, like many baseball caps, rests on top of the ears and pushes them down and outwards and yet even then the top of my head doesn't touch the top inside of the hat. This is a terrible design. Is it designed for cone-heads? Afros perhaps? Perms?The S/M fit here is snug around my head (and that's fine) but the hat is simply too tall/deep. These hats are either made for people with very thick mats of hair or people who have oddly tall heads or miniature / low ears.Make a shallower version of this very hat and it'd be a game changer. You have fitted hats and sizing but the bright sparks who made these never thought it prudent to consider the actual shape of someone's head and the position of people's ears. We have difference circumferences to our heads, but somebody forgot height is an aspect too.Returned and refunded. It seems this company are made up of m*rons. Not only that but they also only seem to sell one style/shape of hat, so it's overly tall hats or nothing from these clowns. I'm not the only one complaining about the height of these either.
