I like having an interface so my pin and password isn't entered into a client. This device is a pleasure to use. Perfect to hold. Zero lag, great haptic feedback. Menu is simple, great features, and the app is really clean and intuitive. Pretty happy with it reqlly. Easy setup too. Entire device is well thought out. Only drawback is the battery. Whenever you have a bright vibrant display you will have short battery life. I grt about an hour and a half if it's on constantly. But you really woukdnt do thst. Only when you need your private keys. And honestly I always have a charger or battery near me anyhow becaise of my phone etc so even if it was dead, take a couple minutes to be operative. I almost went with ledger flex where it last for weeks on one charge but the epaper can't see it in the dark. No go for me. This one key screen is as clear as an iPhone. Very polished.

I'm very pleased to have a OneKey Touch hardware wallet. I am genuinely satisfied. I have been a cryptocurrency holder for many years, always in search of a secure, reliable, and user-friendly crypto wallet. I bought a Ledger in 2017, but with its recent mpc upgrade, I no longer trusted it. I have tried various brands and models, but it wasn't until I came across Onekey that I truly found what I had been looking for. Anyway I purchased a new OneKey wallet.I initially thought this device would be as large as an old iTouch from over 10 yrs ago, but it's actually smaller than a credit card, making it very convenient to carry.It's also very easy to use. After initiating the wallet, you can directly create a new wallet or import an existing one. The touchscreen is much more user-friendly than the Ledger, which only has two buttons. It takes just about 2 mins to complete the wallet setup.I particularly like the NFT gallery feature, which allows me to show off my cool NFTs to others, lol.First and foremost, I want to emphasize the security of your hardware wallet. Backed by Coinbase Ventures and open-source for transparency. I'm particularly impressed with the additional security layers like the tamper-evident seal.And the OneKey PC desktop APP supports so many coins and blockchains! The ability to connect to multiple software wallets is a huge plus.If you're in crypto, i believe u need this.u shouldn't miss out on this user-friendly product that is helping to change the world of Web3!

First OneKey Touch was defective, took 18 round trips with support for replacement under warranty. New one is functional when connected via usb-c to laptop. Intermittent on IOS prior to 17.0.3 and now non-functional. Great easy of use and beautiful UI, but I can't trust it with my crypto. Functional as additional FIDO key with Coinbase. Wait until they mature.

This is not my first OneKey device, i have the mini and the lite (that only backups the hot wallet), but the classic is the most versatile of the tree, is light and thin, also his battery has a good autonomy and is really easy to link with my iPhone.The only thing that I don’t like of the OneKey is on the software that currently doesn’t support so much cross-chain swaps ( only between a few chains) but as the software is Open Source ( the biggest advantage of the OneKey) maybe comes sooner than later.

1. Much satisfying than pressing two buttons on the ledger. The 24 phrases and additional passphrase is compatible with Ledger.2. The wallet itself is Trezor compatible when you connect to the desktop PC. You will be able to use Metamask and Exodus software wallet with this device as if it is a Trezor.3. The Onekey app is pretty useful as it supports many coins and swaps between them. It supports more chains than the Uniswap. For instance, you can use the Onekey app to swap Optimism Op into ethereum eth.

Support, non-existent.For no reason, my coins just disappear.The app totals don’t match what’s on my laptop app because some coins aren’t supported.Currently I'm missing 11 coins valued at over $25,000 that were transferred to the hardware wallet.Hardware wallets are supposed to be safer, right? It seems like I would be better off just keeping my coins on an exchange instead of dealing with this glitchy POS.
