Read this first! Don't buy this vacuum!! Check my video
The media could not be loaded. People don't get this vacuum cleaner. It can't clean anything. After seeing alot of videos on YouTube and reviews and even the promo photos by Bosch, I decided to get myself the AdvanceVac 20. Seemed like a good powerful vacuum cleaner with lots of suction power. But I was completely wrong.After getting the vacuum, i tried to vacuum just a small dirt and few things and this thing wouldn't even vacuum it!!... It can't vacuum anything ðŸ˜ðŸ˜.. You are going to pay rs12000 and regret it, like I did. Check my video. Even after paying rs12000, if that vacuum can't even vacuum that small piece of dirt as seen in my video then what's the point of buying it!!! Utter waste of money.

After sales & service is very poor in India.
I tried downloading the Bosch DIY app for ios from Apple Store but it is not available. I m based in India.I bought it in February 24 and it worked wonderfully but a few days ago stopped.There is no servicing center of Bosch vacuum cleaner in Guwahati so I called an electrician who checked up and diagnosed the problem as that of the plug . Incidentally, this original round plug has only two pins but nevertheless was working. The electrician changed the plug with a three pin power plug and the machine was working. I think the company needs to have better servicing and think about the plug also . Other than this , this is a wonderful product by Bosch
