DON'T SEND IT BACK if you can't connect your Bluetooth!!! I, too, had problems with connecting the Bluetooth. The instructions aren't the best. Here's what to do: after you charge and power it ON, short press the button at the very bottom of the pad. Now it will show up in your device's Bluetooth and then you can finish connecting. Simple! But it doesn't say that in the instructions. 🤷🏼‍♀️It works perfectly and the battery last a long time. I don't use the white noise features that come with, I Bluetooth my own from an app. It runs all night, not just 2 hours max!I don't expect this sleep mask to last longer than a year. This is the third one of these types of mask I've bought, but I haven't tried this brand, so fingers crossed. The battery eventually won't last more than 4-5 hours, and I prefer to sleep with white noise all night.Blackout is PERFECT!!! Sound quality is great!Move the speakers around inside until the fit your ear perfectly, otherwise they can cause a little soreness. Because blackout is so great, I do use these on long flights, even when the battery doesn't last as long anymore.I chose this particular style because the other brand's control panels eventually start moving about inside the mask and that is an annoying problem. These are fixed in-place, although removable for gentle mask washing.Hope this helps!

I love my mask it totally blocks my Husband’s snoring. I love it for personal listening to my music and doing my Tik toks in private. The battery last 15 hrs it is amazing

I will say their customer service is spot on. While the mask works, and the instructions are bs, the customer service still was willing to help and were kind.It's comfortable, blocks light, and works while wearing a Cpap. So pluses there.The instructions are honestly a mess. It tells you to connect to bluetooth to hold a power button but I had to use the timer button to get the bluetooth to connect, even when the power is on and I've got my bluetooth menu open on my phone.You cannot tell when it's off. On they say to press 1.5 seconds and off 3 seconds. It stays dark no matter what - so you try turning it off and find that it's stayed on all day and out of battery by the time you put it on.I don't really have the money to replace and I need this, so yeah. Using until I can afford something else. Not really worth buying unless you just need to use it for the built in noises.

Pros: Comfortable. Great sound. *not noise canceling) I like that the speakers can be moved. Deep eye sockets make it comfy, not pressing on your eyes, lids or lashes.Cons: timer doesn't work and no other instructions on how to troushoot. Just says yo tap the time button. I tried tapping and holding. It just doesn't work. Also not a huge fan of the velcro strap. Little bit of light comes in around the nose. Tried adjusting but only solution for ME was to pull down a little more which makes nose breathing a little uncomfortable.I was going to return them because the timer doesn't work but decided to keep because ot was a minor inconvenience since I usually wake a few hrs into the night and take them off. I mostly use these just to help me relax, listen to my "zen" playlist at bedtime. It does help me fall asleep.For the price, I'd say sure. Get em. As long as you're not looking for noise canceling, timer and don't mind the velcro.

I bought these because I have tried other eye mask where the charging wire breaks easily. This mask plugs into the front of the mask which is great.I like using Bluetooth with my masks, but I have spent way too long trying to pair up my phone and still can’t get them to synch.The white noise does have some weird sounds I could never sleep to, but I like the rainfall or flowing stream. The meowing cat is just too much.I am disappointed that I can’t get Bluetooth to work.

I absolutely love this the battery life on it is amazing and I'm a side sleeper and I've hadn't had any pain on my ears from it or anything I highly recommend this I have not had any problems with it it blocks the light perfectly

Love my mask, don't have to bother anybody with my music. I can also blink my eyes.
