These are nice panty shapers They offer good support, similar to that of a good control top on a pantyhose, but they are a full cut, high waist, silky soft, brief. These do fit above the natural waist line. The soft lace near the legs make these comfortable on the leg. The lace is durable and pretty.The waistband could have been a little thicker. It's so narrow and it does tend to roll down. I don't find it aggravating because these don't suck you in and fit so tight they push up fat. This is not a girdle, but a smoothing brief. The waistband just folds over a little while wearing. They would have been perfect for me if the waistband was thicker and stayed put. Take note, this are not a Granny Panty. These are high waist briefs. It's not in the product description, but that is what they are. Now, they do run small. I wear a size 14 with a 40" hip. I purchased the XXL and they fit fine.I do really like them. They look good with my lacy bras The are silky soft, comfortable, smoothing and have pretty lace. No back seam.

Tummy control is important when you get older. It’s better then a belt to hide that area.

I'm 5'6", 140 lbs and the mediums are so small and tight and uncomfortable. I usually wear s/m in things like this. I like the retro look of them, but if the mediums are this small, I don't even trust that the large will be big enough so I'm not going to re-buy them.

I like these because the are one of the few that have lace trim and I don’t feel like an elderly church attendee in my Sunday best. They are cute with my garter and stockings and help smooth under dresses and skirts for corporate dressing. They could be a bit more firm control, but that is ok I just bought another set. Also wish they came in size S. Smaller sized girls wear shapewear too under dress clothing!

Not true to size. They run very small, a waste of money.

For size reference: I'm 210 pounds, 5 feet tall, 45 inch hips and wearing a 2XL.These are amazing. Super comfortable, and much more flattering than I was expecting. I bought them for the tummy flattening, not the looks, but I think they're cute.I just got them in today and I've only worn them under a dress, so I don't know how they do with pants. I also can't attest to the durability, but they seem sturdy. I don't have any issue with them rolling down or giving me a wedgie.The only problem is the sizing. I kind of guessed when I bought them because I didn't realize there was a size chart in the description, and I guessed correctly, luckily. I have 45 inch hips and 34 inch waist, and I went with the 2XL. By the size chart I should be an XL. I imagine if I'd bought an XL it would be very uncomfortable as these are already form fitting. It doesn't seem like many other people had this problem though, so maybe it's just the way I'm shaped.
