During that time you should buy card packs when you get this because the cards that come with it has a limited sound and the hope gimmick of this season of show is collectible cards to collect all 101 but all around great roleplay item in fact I would have to say for my first Kamen Rider toy it's great definitely by the more expensive version because even if it's $10 more you get more sounds and a holder for your cards trust me you would need that holder

As a newer fan to the franchise of Kamen Rider, I really enjoy this Driver. I wanted to get the Desire Driver from Geats, but this one will do until I finally get one. But it's basically what you'd expect: Insert cards into the slots, Driver reads cards, plays neat sound effects based on the cards you pop in and some others based on your combinations. Simple in concept, but the presentation is really nice. The quality of the plastic and overall build is really good. The belt is effectively unusable for me, but I figured that was gonna be the case anyway. (I'll try to get some pictures of it when I can.)

Like most Card reading devices from Kamen rider it works nice when it can read the cards, unfortunately, it doesn’t read it properly all the time, And this is due to how you insert the card (Put it in slowly one at a time)Now for those of you Who are not familiar with it, there are 162 cards to unlock all the Sam’s (why do I say 162? Because that’s how many barcodes there are! So forget, all the variant cards that exist!) However, this does possess a slot for an attachment unit which would further unlock other sounds

Worth it

I was excited for another card kamen rider but this was a bit of a disappointment. The quality is just not there for this one. I will say the overall design look is very nice. The DX version of this looks really nice. The design looks great in comparison to the show. It does come with several cards which is where I find the quality to be not there. It is very easy to damage these cards. They are just thick paper. There are not laminate like the decade rider cards are. Just pulling them out you can damage the edges. It is not like you can put them in card protectors before using them. The cards can be inserted but they do not always read which is another bummer for me. I have to insert the card several times before the card reads. I do not do it that fast either. Sometimes the card does not read correctly either so I do not produce the correct sound. Also not that there are only so many variations that will provide the sound changes. If you do not have the correct on it will just default to a generic sound. It is some way easy to take the card out just be careful. It kind of gets a tad stuck so you may be tempted to clamp it with your nail. AVOID THIS TO PREVENT CARD DAMAGE. The wrist piece is nothing too special but it does provide you with more cards. I am a bit disappointed that you have to actually buy "card" packs in order to get cards to use on this. It just makes it super hard to collect all the cards for this driver compared to decade cards. The cards are not bad and somewhat well printed. Overall I think this driver is nice but they really cut corners on this one. It is not the best quality cards and they are going for card packs so you cannot collect all the cards needed for this driver as easily. The cards are also easy to damage. You cannot exactly use them with the card reader. Also the card reader does not work that well. It sometimes does not read a card also you have to have certain combination to get the desired sound.
