2 out of 3 photos of the item show a couple of heel raises. WHILE FOR THAT (ALREADY HIGH) PRICE, THEY SEND YOU ONLY ONE.I had to insist. Called Amazon twice plus emails...Refunded (and they didn't bother to have the item back)
