Love love love this pan.Bake upside down cake ✅Braised shortribs ✅Chicken coconut curry✅50 year collection of Le Creuset and this has become my go to. I’ve become a big fan of the black enamel finish too.

It’s Le Crueset. What else is there to say? I love it and it is my go to pan. Only issue is that I wish it was a little deeper.

Everything Sticks
The pan doesn’t heat evenly and food sticks, regardless of how much oil you use. Their Dutch ovens have a much smoother surface and perform much better.

The finish on pan is damaged. 3-1/2 qts. Instead of 7 quarts.
The product wasn't what I expected. The site stated that it was seven (7) quarts. This skillet is 3-1/2 quarts. I should have known that it was too good to be true. This skillet is also defective. It has spots of missing enamel.
