TULIPFabric Dye Pod Blackout (Black), Permanent Dye for Clothes and Fabric

I ordered this hesitantly because of all the bad reviews but I’m so glad to say this product worked amazing for me !! I had two pairs of sweatpants, a long sleeve shirt that were faded and had terrible bleach markings on them, to the point where I was gonna throw them out but I decided to try this before doing so to see if it would help. I followed all the instructions and my clothing came out perfect ! They all practically look brand new !! I have a feeling these other people didn’t follow the instructions because I had 0 problems with this, I would 100% buy again !!!

Product does produce a good color. I used a whole pod on one pair of black jeans and they still came out faded. I followed all the instructions including mixing the color before and pouring salt on the damp jeans. The whole process took a decent amount of time for an undesired result. Would not recommend.

Previous tie-dye project (orange and red on white) needed a refresh. This pod was so easy to use and the result is a very even and vibrant pink. I wasn’t sure how it would react with previously dyed fabric but it worked great. I did get a little dye on my hands just opening the pod so would probably wear gloves next time. I also needed to buy more salt since it takes 1.5 cups. The complete process took 4 cycles of the washing machine, pre-wash, dye, wash, clean washer. My machine doesn’t offer a 2 hour cycle option per the instructions but it worked fine in just my longest hot water cycle which is just over 1 hour.

Easy to use, good price point, good color, even coverage compared to other types of fabric dye, no strong odors, no residue in washer that I noticed

This dye rescued three of my jeans two black and one green turned in to perfect navy color. I just put salt and the pod in washing machine in hot cycle and wet jeans and they came out perfect. I would have loved it my black Joe's jeans to be more black but I am happy that I can wear them now. I wash my jeans after one time wearing so they loose color easily. I will order multiple to renew all my other jeans

I bought black and it only slightly darkened my fabric . I bought it for its use in the washing machine but no where does it say that it covers the inside of your washer , easy to clean up though !!

I would use small items and less than what they recommend. Didn't really work but didn't damage my washer either.

If you have already purchased this item, make sure to wear gloves before you unwrap it. But to save time, DO NOT use it because it DOES NOT work. If you are considering buying it, save money and find something else. I was disappointed because it had good reviews 🙄🙄🙄... pfffffttttt
