I have owned the X8 Pro with SES for about 2 weeks now. This is my first robot vacuum. I find Anker/Eufy products are generally decent quality and value and this is no exception.The setup was very simple, the app is well made and has all the functionality you will need with a simple interface. The vacuum itself does a good job. On first use it sets out and finds the edges of all rooms to create a map. Once thats done the cleaning starts. It's not as powerful as my regular Shark vacuum but definitely good enough. I was impressed the vacuum was able to climb onto my shaggy rugs and clean them too, only once getting into a spot of bother when an upturned corner of the rug trapped it. I've only used the mopping feature once so far, but it was simple to set up and did a good job.The vacuum itself seems well built and should withstand a lot of use. It’s not very loud in operation but the self emptying station does make quite a racket for a few seconds whilst doing its thing. There is an option to disable self emptying at certain hours. I have found the SES to work really well and I’m pleased I opted for this, its would be a drag to have to manually empty the vacuum every few days.I have the vacuum scheduled to run 3 days per week when I’m at work. You have to make sure the floor is clear from any potential tangles or hazards before you set it off. Not a big deal. To come home from work to a fully vacuumed floor is a delight I have not yet become accustomed to!Overall I’m very pleased with this. You may still need the occasional regular vacuum, but to keep on top of cleaning it’s perfect.

The X8 Pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner has been a fantastic addition to our home. It is highly efficient, especially at sweeping dust and pet hair on our hard light colour ceramic floors and mats. Setup was easy—it mapped the floor automatically and identified rooms without any hassle. We love how it navigates the floor, adjusting height and intensity as needed. We have been using it regualry for two weeks and so far it is great.One of the standout features is the automatic charging and emptying, making it super convenient. The build quality feels excellent, and it works flawlessly through the mobile app, allowing us to set it to clean specific rooms effortlessly. While we haven't tested it on our thick carpet—where we use a heavy-duty vacuum with a brush due to cat hair—it has exceeded expectations on hard surfaces.The price is very competitive compared to other well-known brands with similar features. Highly recommended!

Wow where to start! never having owned a robot vacuum cleaner before i didn't know what to expect but have been pleasantly surprised how well it works and how helpful it is. A lot of extras are included from brushes, magnetic rolls, sticky pads and cutting tool for removing hair from the rotating brush.Dirty Bertie which is his given name 😁 took around 5.5 hours to charge and will flash orange to start then turn blue when he is fully charged and ready to go, he lasts around a good hour after that. The app is easy to set up and has many handy little features. I have found him easy to empty and clean and you will be surprised and shocked how much dust and dirt he actually picks up.The plus points for me are the convenience of use when i am busy doing other things, Bertie gets under low to the floor furniture that i can't get my vacuum cleaner under and the rotating brushes do a good job of cleaning in the corners and sides of rooms. The suction is great and Bertie moves niftily along the floor too, (i made a short video of him in action moving along different flooring surfaces). The magnetic rolls, there are two of them can be cut to length, i have a lot of fire places in my house and one of them has a raised wooden surround that he kept getting stuck on top of so i laid the strips around the edges and he then avoided it from then on. I have a lot of furniture and he manages it well and will try his best to reach those awkward areas.The negatives are that with furniture in the corners of rooms he can't clean these areas unless you remove the furniture this isn't always possible and with light metal furniture he does have a tendency to knock it over. Regarding electric cables you will have to put them up out of the way as they will get caught up in the brushes, cable ties are included so you can use these or pop the cables in a plastic container. Bertie docks really well and leaves just enough battery life to get back to his station, i have however had him working in the living room and had to carry him to the docking station myself which is located in the dining room, this has happened only once though, the first time i tried him out.If you don't want him on show and seen when charging up, i have found the best place for him to dock is under my couch which is raised off the floor, he can't be seen by anybody but will still work via the remote control and he has had no problem finding his way back. If the station moves around when he is docking himself the sticky pads can be used to set it firmly in place, i don't have carpet so this method has worked out well for me.I am so glad i purchased him and am really happy with his cleaning power and performance, absolutely no regrets.

Super impressed with its performance. Cleans so well, suction is really good. It’s not intended to do a deep clean but a perfect option for maintenance cleaning. Time saver for a busy family. Easily gets under furniture. Cleans engineered and laminated flooring beautifully! I have rug in my daughter’s room and the suction was incredible. We also have a play mat from Tottle and Tumble, and it cleaned it well too. It’s not too noisy, except when it empties the dust into the SES. Mopping function was impressive too. Definitely value for money and if you’re like me, a little OCD with a clean house - then a perfect investment! Setting up was easy and the mapping function is brilliant. I’m super chuffed!
