Superfood Beets gave me a great energy boost!
I've been taking the Beet supplement for over a week and it's been a game-changer. The energy boost is great, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my workout stamina. Knowing it's supporting my immune system is a huge plus. It tastes really nice too – just be sure to mix it with at least 400ml water.

Mixes well, strong taste bitter beetroot
Resubmitted as previously rejected for some reason. This supplement has lots of potential health benefits. Just look at the back of the pack for full list. Each pouch gives 30 servings which is not good value at time of review. They do include a scoop for easy measuringIt mixes easily but has a strong bitter beetroot flavour. It's better to mix with something to make it easier to drink.I did notice i felt more energetic.Good product, not good value, not great taste. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful

Basically an electrolyte and superfood blend, but way too expensive.
The predominant flavour is beetroot, and it overpowers all of the other ingredients. It mostly mixes okay, but I had small lumps in mine, using 370ml of water.I'm lifting at the gym four times a week, and I can't say that I've noticed any real differences in energy levels after using this. I've tried it both as a pre-workout and as something to hydrate with afterwards, and as it's basically a souped-up electrolyte formula, it does a good job of rehydration, but don't expect any wonders. It contains some adaptogens like green coffee bean extract and green tea leaf extract, which would both have caffeine, but you don't notice this. When compared with something like maté, which provides a non-crashing, clean and mature energy stimulus, you still feel something; that's not the case here, which I'm not sure is a good or a bad thing. You get a variety of other berry, fruit and vegetable extracts which will contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other beneficial compounds, so that's probably good; but whether you need all of that outside of what you can get through your diet, is another matter. At the time of writing, this is £48.95 for 210g of product, and that's just a bit insane really. Even with the potential benefits, the ingredients here are nothing special and don't do anything that other competing products don't already do similarly or better, for much less money. I would give this a hard miss.

Odd tasting, but really nice with orange squash.
I've just started trying out this beet powder, and so far, I can only comment on taste. The taste is a bit earthy on its own, like drinking dust from an old grocery store... or fairer a posh organic farm shop. I weird I don't mind it, but I find it very decent mixed with nice orange squash. I'm hoping it gives me a boost of energy and supports my overall health and fitness goals. I've know the health benefits of beetroot for years but there is only so much you can eat, and the stuff whole roots are so messy. My thinking is it likely less calories and less inflammatory than a milk smoothie in the morning. I gonna put my orange beet mix in my new drinks bottle and scare my fellow couch potatoes at work into thinking I'm actually trying to do something. It's the little pleasures that count.

Expensive! Cheaper options out there.
As a supplement that is promoted to enhance performance, blood flow and vitality, the key question is does it work?I obtained this supplement for my parents to help boost their general energy and every day alertness. The results have been mixed. My mother has experienced a boost in her overall energy whereas on my father, it’s barely made a difference. From these results one would deduce that the product can work but it’ll be hit and miss; at the very high cost, possibly a product not worth taking the plunge on, especially as the supply is so small – just 30 servings. On the plus side, it tastes good and the ingredient list seems relatively clean with no obvious unwanted added extras, plus it’s gluten free, vegetarian, soy free etc. Always important.

A very difficult taste to overcome
I've tried and failed. Despite the many promising benefits of this drink, from the many wonder fruits and herbs packed inside, unfortunately like most things healthy, this has a very unappealing taste. I would consider myself to have fair tolerance for different tastes but this drink's taste proves too much to consume in its 350-450ml servings. The taste comes though as bitter and extremely raw, with a strange sweetness that makes the whole drink confusing. I take taste is the not the main virtue of this drink, with the packed vitamins and minerals from the high quality sources used in this drink. But with anything being drunk, at such milliliters, there is no escaping the importance of flavour and taste. I wish I could have liked this drink as otherwise there appears great promise in a beetroot/pomegranate style drink doing wonders to the body.
