Great chair! Comfortable, roomy and sturdy. We purchased one and liked it so much we got another!Unfortunately, we had delays in the last shipment, and no chair. No fault of seller. After contacting the seller directly the second chair arrived within days in time for Mother's Day.We highly recommend the chair and the seller.

The Oline Leather Guest Chair is a simple convenient solution for guest chairs in your office. The chairs come in quantity packs. They require basic assembly which is intuitive with easy to follow instructions. Assembly was completed in minutes. The Chairs look good and provide ample padding. The kit comes with a well labeled tool and parts kit providing everything needed plus a few spares for assembly. Very pleased with the chairs.

This is a basic chair that looks decent, and is reasonably sturdy. The padding is minimal and firm. I originally gave two stars because the chair was advertised as “big and tall” which is misleading. The chair is fine for normal people, but would not accomodate those who are overly large. I am changing my review to 4 stars because the America Strong company reached out to me and have been very helpful in addressing the problem. Great customer service made the difference!

Veey well put together padded chair. I really enjoy this chair

Could not put together the first time because holes didn't match up to connect the backrest to the metal supports. Contacted customer service and asked if I could send it back and not have to pay the shipping because it was a bad product, and they just sent me another back rest and arms. They mentioned their most common complaint is the screws not going in on the backrest, but wondered if the arms could be bent as well. Got those hoping it would work, and still had a PAIN of a time getting the screws that hold the back rest on to go in, but FINALLY succeeded. I was so excited to try it out, but it did not sit level on the floor, and rocks back and forth when you sit in it. I tried readjusting everything I could to try and fix the problem, but to no avail. I got it for a guest chair, and that will never do. Very very disappointed. I contacted customer service, sent them pictures and asked for a refund, as I don't have extra money to waste on it (thus the reason for ordering a cheaper, supposed to be good, chair), and got no response. DO NOT BUY! Waste of money, effort, and time. Get a more expensive one, it will be worth it. Also, arm rests are very thin and not cushiony at all. Feels cheap altogether.

I love the design and how sturdy this chair feels, but I wish the seat cushion had a bit more padding. Still a great chair overall.
