Yes, all one piece and pretty heavy/ sturdy.

Q: Can it adjust to any height or are there only set heights ?

You can adjust to any height within the limits of the product. And you can keep the 3 settings that you like the best in the memory. When I have visioto my office, I can also chanythe height to the level to my visitor’s needs manually using up and down adjustments. You will be very pleased. By the way, I am 6’2” to give you some idea.

Q: If the motor dies, is there a way to manually adjust the desk height?

Yes, it is a pain but you can manually turn the silver bar that attaches to motor and other side of desk.

Good table for its price

The table is nice, solid and seems to be durable. I like it so far and recommend it👌But think twice if you want to buy a black desk, cause almost every touch of your hand would leave a mark on the surface and give the desk a “greasy” look. So consider other colors.
