I made this purchase to replace a shuffler that was failing. The construction seems really solid compared to other shufflers I've had in the past and is definitely much quieter than anything else I've owned!Plug it into the wall with the fairly long USB cable (you'll need an AC adapter) or use C cell batteries.It does also have 2 optical sensors to detect when there are no more cards to shuffle. But that feature stopped working. However, simply pressing the button again shuts off the shuffler.

Unfortunately I didn’t try to use this until after the return date. There are 2 ways to use it - charge with cord included or batteries. I tried both and neither is working. When I push the button to shuffle, nothing happens. No noise at all, just dead! I should have paid attention to the warning that it is often returned. I had planned to give as a gift! Luckily I didn’t! Please send me a replacement!Update. After the above review, I was sent another one - free - very nice! But - it didn’t work either! I even bought new batteries (again! Wasted an extra $9 for that!) to be sure it wasn’t because of faulty batteries. I also charged it overnight. Nothing worked! I decided to see if I could return it since this one was within the return time, it showed the original price, so I returned it, thinking I would be fully reimbursed. I received $0.01 in credit! I just want my full refund because I don’t want to deal with this anymore.

1-13-24 UpdateThe company one again reached out and offered a replacement. It arrived and I plugged it in and no power. I tried C Batteries and both the 2nd and 3rd units worked perfectly. After trying 5 different power supplies, I finally found one that worked with both units. They got a good work out at an 8 hour 8-man game today and worked perfectly.I think the manufacturer likely gets many returns for this reason. They need to package the shuffler with the appropriate power supply instead of just shipping it with a USB cable.1-6-24 UpdateI changed my review from 2 to 1 stars. I was optimistic when the company reached out to me and sent me another unit, but this was completely dead. If there were a good shuffler for $100, I would buy it. But based on a lot of reviews, I don't think a good reliable unit exists without spending thousands.***The shuffle sensor does not work. So it runs with no cards and after a shuffle finishes, it keeps running. I will likely return because this will drain the batteries quicker.

I been having problems with my hands and my husband sometimes does too. So we can use this and still play cards. We tried an electric one first. I’d not work well. And looked like all the brands on here were made similarly. Thought I’d give this hand crank one a try. Works great. Not perfect but still fine. . Sometimes if you don’t put the cards in just right jams. But easy to stop cranking and fix. Majority of times works wonderfully. Kind of fun to

Absolute piece of garbage. Does not work. Broken before we even use it the first time. Will not shuffle cards. Will only cause you undo stress and sadness.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this machine to help my elderly parents who love to play card games but are struggling to shuffle the card. This would be great for them. I opened the box very excitedly to test it out. I plugged the included usb/C power cord, threw in some cards, and pressed the button. A couple of seconds later, it was done. This was exactly what i wanted! I then tried two decks, and it finished really quickly! I thought my parents would love this. NOW, the last test, since they play cards nowhere near an outlet; I put the batteries in. Well, my excitement was replaced with oh no! The card sort didn't move any of the cards, but i could hear a faint try. So i tested the batteries; they were all good. I made sure I didn't put the batteries in the wrong way... nothing. I bought new batteries 🔋 to test again and sadly, they didn't work either. Then I thought I would return it and try again. I got the replacement and got the same results. So, if you're looking for a battery-operated card sorter, this will not work. If you're looking for a wired sorter, it works great.

Works as-described - pretty quiet and efficient, can shuffle a decent amount of cards and doesn't seem to harm them beyond what normal use would do to them. Fits the vast majority of my board games but a few have cards that are just slightly taller.The real downside is that I planned to tape a rechargeable USB power bank to the bank to run it but the two different older 5V/2A ones I tried weren't strong enough to power it, only my nice new one with USB-C 3A out worked. There's enough room inside the thing that you could probably jam a lipo in there somehow and wire it directly into the power input if it's worth it to you.

I bought this machine, then afterwards read all the negative reviews and was quite worried I'd made a mistake. However it turns out that I was worrying about nothing. Received it today, plugged it in with the USB cable to an old phone USB mains charger I had, but it was obviously not putting out enought power as it barely turned. I tried it with my current phone "fast" charger and it works perfectly! Even quieter than in the sales videos.Tried it multiple times with two pack of cards and it never jammed once. Absolutely happy with my purchase and at such a great discounted price. I have not tried it with the battery power option as I don't have any "C" batteries and have no intention of buying any as it's an unneccessary expense. 5 Stars

Half the time it would spin a card sideways and get jammed. The USB function was good but didn't get enough power from a battery bank, had to use a better, longer cord and a charging block. Didn't try with batteries. The short cord that came with it won't supply enough power to operate properly. I tried new high quality poker cards, uno and skip-bo. It jams too frequently.

I bought the card shuffler with usb-c port about a month ago (it's more expensive than other card shufflers, it is still cheaply manufactured), and only recently tried it out - OUT OF THE BOX IT DID NOT WORK!I'm not sure if I'd gone past the return/refund date, but before throwing it in the bin I decided to take it apart - AND FOUND A LOOSE CABLE INSIDE! See pic, the red cable compression damage (arrowed) likely happened during assembly when the cable got trapped in the black post that is used to join together the top and bottom parts! This caused the cable to become disconnected, breaking at the soldering point. I can only guess that the factory dont spend time and money on quality testing their products, i.e. not even turning it on to see if it works before boxing and sending it out!I've resoldered the cable, and the card shuffler is now working - spent about an hour fixing it! but it saved me a few quids throwing it away! - bought to use with external power (specs requires 7.5W(5V/1.5A)), it did not work with 18W powerbank (5.1V/2.4A)! Worked with Apple 12W charger (5.2V/2.4A).

Cette machine a cartes est bien pensé. Comment elle fonction ? Prendre un paquet de carte ensuite diviser le paquet en deux . Une pille de cartes à gauche et l'autre a droite. Noter que la machine a carte démarre du coter gauche et ensuite le coter droit démarre. Si vous mélanger une seul fois , la carte qui est sur la pile de cartes a droite sera toujours sur le dessus. Donc pour bien mélanger les cartes, brasser 3 fois. Nous avons choisis le brasseur qui offrait deux mode avec un fil USB ou a batteries.
