Q: Will this hold a mini refrigerator full of pop

If it’s one that holds 6-9 cans then yes. If it is one of the bigger fridges, not sure it will fit on the table. They are pretty sturdy however.

Q: Is the bottom also 17.7”l x 13.8”w x 29.5”h? it looks wider than the top

Yes, top and bottom shelves are the same width.

Q: Can I order extra shelves for this table?

No. It would not have room to place extra shelves.

Q: I want to be able to place a rolling cart under the table. How loose would the legs be if I didn’t install either shelf?

I wouldn’t do it the shelves are supporting the legs it’s a very stable table if used as instructed
