This a solid built machine and the workout it provides is awesome! Top quality and great value
Just received Saturday and so far am impressed. This stepper is solidly built and is larger than it looks which to me is a bonus as it gives enough space between foot pedals to keep well balanced. The pedals themselves are large and comfortable barefooted. The pads provide good grip and I felt very secure on it using the resistance bands. Anyone hesitant that it doesnt have resistance adjustment let me just say the hydraulics provide adequate resistance for me and the burn 5 mins into it was no joke! Nice little workout to sides and hips as well as it provides a twisting motion with each step. The resistance bands provide a good upper body/arm workout too. Arrival 4 days sooner than expected date of delivery was a nice surprise! Cant wait to see what kind of results Im going to see and no more excuses for getting steps in on bad weather days. I did a lot of researching reviews and comparison shopping between this one and the Niceday and Sunny steppers and am very glad I went with this one. I am thoroughly pleased.

This is makes getting a few minutes of daily activity so much easier!
I love this thing. Like many others, it would make an awful sound, clicking and squeaking, after a few minutes of use. I put some lubricant on the joints, which has worked like a charm. I park it in the living room, set a timer, and get mini workouts while watching TV. I work out, but I work from home, so I wanted to make up for having a sedentary life outside of those workouts. This does the trick. I have bad knees and plantar fasciitis, and this is easy on my legs while still burning my thighs!! (you can adjust the tension). If you are on the fence, get it! I'm going to buy one for my mom too!

Love it
This just arrived on Wednesday and so far it is great!I’ve only used it twice so far, but you can really feel it working, especially in the thighs. It’s easy to use, and comes all together aside from the resistance bands. It’s a little heavy, but relatively small and easy to store. I think for the price it sure beats paying for a gym membership.

A lifesaver. Literally.
This little machine has finally motivated me off my ass and into exercise!Short version: Buy it and don't give up! You won't regret it. It's sturdy and does the job.Long version: I am a 54 year old fat, sedentary gamer with a congenital heart defect. My blood sugar and blood pressure were so high at my last doctor's visit, that I had to make some drastic changes. Along with a better diet (no salt or sugar, much less potatoes and bread), I knew I would have to start exercising. I bought this stair stepper mostly because it seemed sturdy, was rated for more than my weight, and was in my price range. The first week or so, it felt impossible. Like others have said, the tension is set high, and there is no way to adjust it. Don't panic! It gets better. At first, I could only do two minutes at a time, then five mins. Now, one month later, I just finished a 35 minute session! The tension loosened up a bit, and I got better, too. Here is what helped me. I parked it next to our TV and put together a Youtube exercise playlist. I chose songs with good rhythms and fun videos to keep me motivated (tip: Paula Abdul's "Straight up" is still excellent!). It is MUCH easier to step to dance music than to plod through while watching a movie. For better cardio, you'll want to take shorter steps. Again, this is where the music comes in handy to keep you on rhythm. Shorter steps have lighter tension, too.Since I've been able to do longer workouts, I've noticed my weight coming off easier. I've been losing about a pound every 3-4 days. The best part is that I was able to lower my blood pressure from 170/95 to 138/88. It's not perfect, but it's a drastic improvement, and I didn't have to go on meds. The machine gets about an hour of use each day, and so far it works beautifully and hasn't developed any loud noises. If you are looking for a reliable exercise machine that won't take up much space and doesn't cost a ton of money, this one is an excellent choice!

Broke twice & squeaks
This is my second time buying a stepper that has broken on me. I bought this one as a step up (pun intended) from the last one because it was slightly more expensive and had good reviews.Sorry but I don’t recommend it. I’ve had it for only 6 months and right away it started squeaking loudly and badly so I tried putting wd40 and that didn’t work, then coconut oil, and that didn’t either. It also broke once after a few months but it was just a screw and we fixed it, but now it broke again - the screw completely snapped. It also grinds and makes mental shavings so I even had to put it over a towel for it to not ruin my carpet. Not worth the price and I missed my window of opportunity to return obviously so now I’m just upset I bought a product that barely lasted before it just broke on me.For reference I weigh 150 and I don’t use it aggressively in any way so it’s clearly not built to last or mine was built poorly idk.I’m just so annoyed I can’t get a stepper that manages to actually work. I love using them for a workout.UPDATE: The brand reached out to me after this and offered a refund. I appreciate the customer care here. I really hope they’re able to fix the manufacturing issues here. This seems to be an issue amongst every stepper I’ve looked at here - which is really disappointing because when they do work, I love them. I will probably just wait until quality is guaranteed.

Good Product strong resistance
Not a bad product. It works but gotta stay consistent for the results. lol. Easy to assemble. It has alot of resistance tho so if your legs are fragile may be complex for you.
