These are so yum! Other reviews say they stick together, not experienced that at all, they all have a sort of jelly baby dry outside and nice non sticky chew to them. The flavour is crazy morish! I'm so glad I got them.. I get muscle exhaustion in my biceps a lot from work and since using them that has almost completely dropped off. Plus they're really affordable so I don't wince when I put them in the cart.

I’ve seen a big difference after a month of taking these. Will for sure have them again. Flavour is decent too! So much better than powder. Money value is good.

They taste like any normal gummy sweet. Creatine in powder form is gritty. Not sure they are doing any good though

Don't get me wrong, the only reason I took a star off is becacuse this isn't perfect, it needs to be 5g and in 1 gummy for this is only 1 month supply, aside from the value for money being poor, this is a fun way to get creatine in the body before an intense workout, it helps get that extra 1 or 2 reps in where without this you normally give up, it helps with Strength in the muscles but it's only temporary and should never overdose more than 5g because this is a kidney killer supplement.If I'm going for value for pure 5g creatine I'd get the 500g to 1KG that will last a lot longer vs the price, this is just an easier way to take it. It only comes with 4g per 2 gummies which means 2g creatine each gummy, can't really take 3 that would be overdosing. The ingredients aren't that bad compared to others that contain cane sugar or glucose syrup, maltodextrin and the like, and more on the bright side 4g creatine isn't that bad either even though I do prefer 5g, and on top of that tastes nice, and disolves easy after a little chew.
