Works well at keeping drink at the right temperature. Takes a little getting used to drinking with the lid on.

AVOID - On to my second replacement lid. They break after a few uses. Please research this online before you’ll see hundreds of users with the same problem and suffering with sketchy customer service.

It's very nice cup.but the battery life is too short

I like the overall feel of this. But I'd be more comfortable if it retailed at £500. I feel that would be more suitable for a cup.

Very expensive for what it is. Battery is sub par. And the lid broke a week after the warranty wore off. Wrote to the company with no response. Would not recommend at all!

Received as gift, loved the look and it, worked well, but after a month the central section of the lid broke when I pushed it with my thumb when I went to drink. Fortunately I didn’t end up with hot coffee poured down my front. The two pieces of plastic had separated along a join - which appears to be a fault mentioned by other reviewers. The lid hadn’t been dropped or abused in any way, it was just badly made. As others have said, customer support from Ember in the UK is non-existent, you just get a message saying replies might be delayed - then nothing.What a shame, I really wanted this to work.Can’t recommend this given the very high price.

Adore my Ember travel mug. Do have some niggles with the software though. Specifically it is easy to accidentally change the temperature target because it is touch sensitive. But, you can lock it with the associated app. Sadly that app seems to frequently forget that it supposed to be locked and you walk around with the target temperature being driven wildly off the temperature you really wanted?

Controls the temperature well, touch interface is easy to use.The insulation of the cup is quite poor, gets very warm on the outside when just pouring in the beverage, so losing a lot of heat.It's great while the battery lasts which is barely two hours after than cools down pretty much instantly.If you want something to keep your tea or coffee warm for a longer journey you are better off with a regular thermal flask.I expected a bit more for the money
