Absorbent and sticks well they allow the wound to breath and heal safety. I have these in several sizes the large boxes make each dressing cost less, also they're in a box so they don't get lost and are kept in good condition until needed. The fabric allows for some flexibility for areas where your skin can't be restricted & they stay in place even under the arms, they are very absorbent too.

There's a good reason that these are favoured by the medical profession, they are top quality.The dressings are well wrapped, without being difficult to open. They are a decent thickness, offering good absorbency where needed, and protection for any wounds.It is easy to cut them down to size, if required, as long as you use sharp scissors.I have used these dressing for years and keep coming back to them, as they really are good. Do bear in mind though, they are not adhesive, so you will need to use surgical tape, or any other tape at a pinch, to hold them in place over the wound.

These dressings are an invaluable part of the First Aid kit. This time I used them to cover a nasty inflammation, which helped with healing.

Superb large dressings great for packing on holiday for a medium sized wound,not sure if they are waterproof as I didn't go in the sea or pool in case they weren't,I didn't want to get an infection whilst abroad.

As far as I can tell, genuine sterile product, same as you get in the chemist.Reasonable trade-off of sticking but being easy to remove without damaging skin. In my case I could have done with more stickiness.Worth experimenting with the sizes if it's in an awkward place - I had one on my elbow and 7 x 8 cm worked best, 6 x 7 was too small to stay stuck. Even 7 x 8 tended to come unstuck halfway through the day until I learned exactly how to do it. Hard to describe how in a comment! Basically, apply it with your elbow bent, and stick it on in small sections, trying to position the unavoidable overlaps evenly around the edge of the plaster, pinching them closed as you go.

Excellent quality and suitable for my purpose.
