Q: Does it require strength for assembly? Need a cot for my 11yr.

Hello, our camping bed is very simple to assemble. Insert the pole into the canvas, and just need little strength to align the pole into the groove.

Q: Does this actually hold 999 lbs without bending legs? Other cots we've had couldn't even hold 400 lbs and they were made of similar materials.

No. Mine couldnt hold anymore than 250
