I have been using this over size months and it has been so helpful traveling to different schools. It fits so much and is easy to organize. My back is thankful. It is very sturdy and works well for daily use.

The bag itself was working perfectly! utilizing all the pockets and compartments, but the handle of the roller will not unlock to raise the handle to the up position. Just started not working today. Had to order a new and different one so that I could have it for work tomorrow.

I have been using the bag for a month now. I am a teacher whose office is on the second floor, but my classrooms are on the 4th floor, so I do a lot of traveling with the bag, mostly in the building. Generally, the reviews are correct. The bag sags. It lacks structure. I have computer and folders for my classes that slump over if I remove one or two of them. A center structure/support to the larger central opening would be supportive. Although there is enough room, which is why I ultimately went with this bag, things slump over. The zippers open from one side. I am reaching down for pens, highlighters, and so forth from the top regularly, but have to open from the side all the way around. This does not sound bad, but the zippers do not move smoothly, and I do not bother to open and close because of the lack of ease/time/convenience. This means my pockets are always open when traveling. The two velcroed pockets attached to the lid are fine. Time will tell if the velcro holds for the duration. As stated, there is no structure in the lid so it sags with the addition of the two velcro pockets. I am 5’4” in height and wear 2-inch Dansko clogs. I find the handle adequate, barely, but if you are taller, you might find it short for you. Roominess and multiple pockets are great. Multiple weaknesses in other areas detract from the efficacy of the bag. Hence the 3 score.

My back was giving me problems carrying a laptop, extra monitor, files, folders, accessories, lunch bag to and from my work sites. This was perfect. I can fit my lung bag, a drink cup (big one), laptop, monitor, headset for conference calls, extra pockets for billfold, medication, pens/mouse/note pads, etc. (I actually have more space to be used, so I have not maxed out the potential use in this bag as a result -which is GREAT). Plenty of space. Rolls nicely across the parking lot and through hallways, extra snap/strap when you open the lid to hold the lid up out of the way while you pull things in/out of the main cargo spot, luggage expansion handle is nice - just like regular luggage types - makes it easy for pulling along through buildings. The zippers and pockets are quality. I have no negatives to mention about this bag. It met my hopes and presents as a quality item, worth my purchase price.
