DMF KISTE Set Of 3 Folding Canvas Storage Boxes Unit In (Anthracite-Black)

I bought these to go with my lex combination desk. I can't say they are for for purpose or recommend anyone buy them.Having spent a considerable amount of time and money designing my home office I paid extra to get the "look". My experience has shown that that look doesn't last and is not worth the effort.I paid about £30 for 3 of these 32x32x32. I accepted them over the more cost effective alternative 30x30x30, currently 5 for £20 or less. I begrudgingly accepted the more expensive option because they were the only ones that fitted the desk so neatly. When they arrived I saw they were overpriced for the poor quality but thought if I used them to store items not often used they could work. I used them to store items rarely used such as back up, back up stationery supplies and light bulky office equipment such as back up phone, accounting calculator and rolls, graphics tablet. As you can see from the images they've torn down the sides.I'd like to say that this is due to regular use, the contents being too heavy for the box but honestly I can't say that's the complete story. These boxes are made of individual card squares covered and held together by fabric, fabric that can be easily torn by hand. There is absolutely no support at the edges / seams. These boxes have barely moved since first filled and placed on the shelf.I'm also going to note that while it's been some time since I bought these I've also been very ill and barely worked in the past 3 years. Had I not been so I'll then I would suggest these items would have failed much sooner, probably within weeks of purchase. They are certainly not designed to hold any weight and be used regularly.These items were designed to go with the lex home office furniture range. Perhaps they were designed for a show home home office, one that doesn't get used. I work from home so my home office is very much a working environment, and I do have to work in it. I'd have to say these items are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and unless they are filled with bubble wrap or balls of wool they will fail very quickly.

These are very nice quality and a good size. I got the pack of 3 in blue to go in an FMD cube storage unit for our nearly 9 year old (the Ikea cube units were too big to fit the space in his room). I am very pleased with them. The three of them contained the complete contents of his 6 shelf toy unit! And stlll 6 shelves left for lego models and books.

Look great under my TV cabinet and very handy for hiding all the gaming equipment and junk I keep near the TV.

They do what it says on the box but flimsy construction which you have to remember when handling.

Nice storage boxes, does exactly what it says on the box, only thing I would say £20 is a little expensive , convert that into Euro and then add P&P it ended up costing a small fortune. But I did like them so I got them. Perhaps maybe a decrease in price will encourage me to buy more in the future

Very sturdy and fit for purpose, shame about the price tag.
