Great little device, neat and small for handbag or pocket. Holds as good as a complete charge and I like how it has two ways to connect, one standard with lead the second it just plugs into you phone at its charging point so no need for cable

Excellent charger. Today everything is on our phones, cards, tickets, etc. This is perfect if you are travelling or having long days and you need your phone to be charged. If your phone is almost out of battery, I would day this charger brings it back to at least 80%, if not more. Plus once you plug it in, it actually holds by itself, you don't have to hold phone and charger at the same time. Will be buying more from this brand.

The nano didn't work properly with my moto phone - Anker replaced it promptly but problem was the same. I found a work round (jumpstart it for a few seconds with a powered cable, after which it happily charged my phone). Anker offered to refund a discount or full refund. I didn't want the hassle of returning it (and emailing photos showing parcel with prepaid label and proof of posting) and then sourcing another powerpack. The discount was processed rapidly by Amazon.Update May 2025: I upgraded my phone to a newer Moto this week. The power bank now works straightaway.

This item is excellent but it doesn’t fit my apple I pad or mobile so I shall be returning itHoping they have another model??

Brilliant! Very compact & get for a day back or pocket if you're walking about. I used to take the 10k bricks around but this is so much lighter & a very fast charge.

I like the concept but Ankers design needs refinement. The in-built usb c output is prone to failure after a short while. This has been the case with 2 out of 3 units. One of which was a replacement from Anker.I speculate that the hinge mechanism that allows the usb c to lie flat stresses the internal ribbon cable to failure, as externally there is no sign of wear or damage.In another instance, there was some scorching of the usb c input, and what appeared to be melted hot glue that fused itself to the usb c cable used to charge it (I think this is from the coloured face plate thats adhered to the housing around the usb c input). It came apart with some force but of course wrote-off the battery and the charging cable. Whether this was the charger we used (a Samsung smartphone wall charger with it's included usb c cable) or a failure of Ankers BMS board to detect overcharging / overheating, I do not know but given it's the only device to have done this with this charger, my instinct tells me the battery is the culprit.It pains me to write this because I loved the product when it worked. A cool design that's incredibly convenient. I'd even consider purchasing again if they made future revisions that addressed some of the shortfalls mentioned.

It's really quick to charge your phone but once the phone is charged the charging block needs charging again. So you only get one charge out of it. It's otherwise very handy!
