We use this daily in our early education classroom. We have had no issues with it.

The media could not be loaded. the board has transformed how we conduct remote training and development sessions! My company ordered three of these boards. Good quality for the price. One of the boards did have a malfunctioning WiFi module, but customer service was very quick, and they sent us a replacement board the very next day.

This digital whiteboard thus far has exceeded my expectations. I wanted it mobile, which may seem crazy for a screen of this size and weight (it is probably 100+ pounds and impossible for 1 person to handle, FYI) and it took some digging to find the right stand, that too is of industrial quality. I am thus far very impressed.One potentially negative note is it may be limited in memory, depending on how you use it.Though not my primary reason for buying it, I did install Google Play Store and "Fruit Ninja" to let my kids try it --thought it would be a good test of its touch screen responsiveness. While the first game it was really impressive, it slowed substantially thereafter ---this may be a memory leak that the application has, or a limitation of the device for such purpose --again not my primary purpose.The camera seems like it is very good, but I think time will tell if its really a 4 or 5 based on its specs and the nature of a heavy user --and potentially switching between apps.Overall I like it a lot --will update if the lag becomes an issue or turns out not to be a problem. It *may* be a good idea for JAV to offer twice the RAM on the device at an additional cost, but we will see.

Purchased this for a meeting room in my facility. The camera does not work and the instructions are poorly written. There was also no product support available so I felt lost and stuck with this $1700 purchase.

The pros:Large Display.Screen Share works wellWhite Board works wellCons:Google play store will not work. This device is not Google Play Protect Certified. Will not run any app that requires Google Play Services, including the Google Play Store. You can't download Play Store Apps.They have a icon (APP) that comes default on the unit. You use that to "Install" Google Play Store. What it does is tricks Google Servers into letting you use the store. But it only works for the very first time you use it. Meaning, once you turn the screen on and install the Store App, it works once. As soon as you close the Play Store you will no longer have access to it.The unit runs on Android 11. Very old and highly modified OS. Can't update the screen to anything newer.Basically the hardware is decent, but the software and functionality is highly hacked and marginal.

Easy to setup and lots of fun using it for my virtual meetings and online classes.
