The app is quite user-friendly right from the start. The music that plays upon opening is lively and not at all bothersome, but if you prefer, it can be easily turned off from the settings. The deck itself is of superb quality, with durable cardstock and a soft color palette that is a delight to the eyes. The tin, although a bit large, offers extra space that could be useful to store the cards wrapped in a handkerchief to protect them from negative energies. I don't know if they did it on purpose, but that's how I keep the deck wrapped in a silk handkerchief as it says in the books.The cards have remained in perfect condition, with no signs of warping, which speaks well of the quality of the set. This product is definitely worth it for any card enthusiast.

I was super excited scored to get this deck but unfortunately I just don’t really care for it. Things I wish I would’ve known prior to purchasing.Pros: the card stock is nice and they shuffle well. The app might be really helpful for beginners but I don’t ever use it. The metal container it comes in is super sturdy.Cons: The container that it comes in is super big. I added a picture of a standard Rider-Waite deck which also fit in the container even with this deck in it. I am also not really crazy about the designs (I really dislike the 2 of pentacles because the writing takes away from my reading) and it is hard to read reversals. I would have to mark up to indictate top/bottom but I don’t like this deck enough to do it so I will see if a friend wants it.I used this deck only one or two times the day I received it in the mail and have not touched them since.

I liked many things about this product. First, the cards are easy to shuffle. Second, this is first deck I've bought that the design was based on the Marseilles style so I was excited about the look. I also like the extra room in the tin, now I can put a small alter cloth with it. Lastly, I love app. At first my phone wouldn't read the QR codes, but I reached out to customer service and they told me they would get it fixed, they collected my info (make/model) and a few days later they had an update ready for me to install and it works beautifully. My only quibbles are that since it's based on the Marseilles style there isn't any representation beyond Europe and the pip cards can't be read intuitively, but again that was to be expected considering that it was based on previous existing decks. Overall, a fantastic deck for engaging with the cards.

I love the Marseille s system. What I love about this deck is the artwork style. The typical art for these decks is quite harsh so unpleasant to me. This deck is lovely. Also the linen texture is wonderful to work with a nice slip for shuffling. My only complaint is that there is no hard copy of deck info. Sometimes, you just can't use your phone or computer for help. The box has plenty of room for storing a small booklet and small crystals, or a notepad and pen if you desire.

All of this was very confusing. Not intuitive. Why two wrapped decks inside the tin? Can you merge them? No clue. App needs work. It was not as easy as I thought. Scanning of the QR code worked a few times but had to SEARCH for how to even get to that point. Descriptions of cards are minimal. Yes, a decent beginner set but way to many issues to even bother with. Could easily use another deck and use the booklets that come with it. Email on tin is not even a deliverable email. Really bizarre. Returned immediately.

The cardstock is nice, and I like the more muted color palette for the deck. But the tin that the deck comes in is more than twice as high as the deck is thick and is maybe 1/4 inch wider than the cards. I'm not sure who thought THAT was a good idea! I've added cardboard to the bottom and side of the tin so that the deck is more snug in the tin. Also, the cards are already starting to warp because of all the extra space. Minus one point.The app is annoying. I downloaded it and opened it only to be accosted by VERY LOUD music. Even after registering my purchase (Amazon ID and Amazon Purchase Number are COMPLETELY different things!), I was not able to access the settings within the app on my iPad to turn off the VERY LOUD music. So, I won't be using that app again! Minus a second point.
