This key safe feels substantial and the outer cover is a plus, especially if it will be exposed to the weather. It is easy to program. The price is very competitive. I would definitely purchase this item again.

This is a very solid box with a cover to protect it from the rain. It requires a drill to attach to the side of your house. It does the job and allows my dog walker and cleaning person to access my house when I am not home.

Easy to install even on brick. The keypad is not very sturdy (loose) but it’s doable. Heavy, thick well made material. Easy to type in code and follow directions

Setting the code is super easy, mounting just as simple. I put a screw in the middle, backed out a little too hang the key from, which definitely made it easier to keep in place. But we've had some bad weather in that time, including freezing rains, and it's held up so far

I’m impressed with this product, it’s easy to install and works perfectly for my needs. I always forget my keys and I have to ask either my sister to drive 15-20 minutes and bring the extra key I left with her or knock on the door of one of the board of directors in our community to open the door for me. It’s not only inconvenient for them, it’s also embarrassing for me to keep on doing this.This product solves my problem 😊

I like the unit. I was afraid because it felt flimsy and loose but it is quite sturdy. I like the fact the buttons aren't so tight and click solid because its harder to figure out if you have pushed the correct button (Meaning it would be harder for someone to figure out your code). Some other units I have purchased in the past if you pushed the button carefully enough you could feel a different type of click.Its easy to change the code and I like the rubber cover for outside installation to keep it protected from the elements.Overall 5 Stars.

I purchased an outdoor key box approximately a year and five months ago with the intention of securely hiding and storing my keys. Unfortunately, I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this product. One of the push-button keys that is supposed to engage and open the box has become completely unresponsive, rendering the box inaccessible.The biggest issue with this malfunction is that the box is firmly attached to a post, and due to its inability to open, I am unable to remove it. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration, as I now have no access to the keys stored inside. It is truly disheartening to find myself locked out of the very box that was supposed to provide convenience and security.Given the unreliability and non-functionality of this key box, I cannot recommend it to anyone. It has not lived up to its purpose and has caused more trouble than it's worth. If I had the chance to go back, I would definitely avoid purchasing this box altogether. It's important to invest in products that can be relied upon, and unfortunately, this key box falls far short of expectations.

I like that this is very sturdy and the cover seems very protective. Once opened, the personal code was easy enough to set. HOWEVER, as a lady with long nails, I found this very difficult to open. Even once I managed to punch the code, the button to release is too small to easily open the unit. The reason you would be using this device in the first place is because you either forgot your key or don't know where it is and so trying to open this while already frustrated is not ideal. As well, it was also difficult to return the cover once it was opened and the key was retrieved.I really wanted to like this but it's just too frustrating to use as a girl. Hope this helps.
