Overall very happy with the chair. I’ve owned it for a couple months now and I love it. Never owned a gaming chair before, so I shopped around to make sure that I found one that had all the features I wanted. This met all my needs. Very comfortable. Easy to assemble. The adjustability is wonderful & for the price, it feels very high quality. I’m 5”10 and 180lbs and I can sit in this chair for hours without any issuesIf you are on the fence about purchasing, I couldn’t recommend this chair enough

This chair was a great solution for my husbands gaming. He was moving his recliner every night to sit closer to the tv. Now he can wheel this into the room and then take it out of the way when he isn't gaming. We did buy different wheels than what came with it, because he wanted to be able to lock them when reclining. The only draw back is that the footrest isn't long enough for a really tall person.

pretty good... i had to spend 100 on one of those memory foam butt pads because the stock pad was breaking my back side. im 5'8" 155 pounds. other than that i've been pretty happy with it. I also added those roller-blade style wheels which raised it up about an inch . honestly after those 2 upgrades its friggin dialed man. no way i was going to spend a grand on a gaming chair lol.. ill spend the extra money on my mountain bike.

The media could not be loaded. Bought it as a birthday gift for my boyfriend since he was in dire need of an upgrade. He said it’s one of the most comfortable chairs he’s ever had. He’s about 5’9 190lbs and he feels like it’s the perfect fit, impressed by the 5 inches of firm cushion the base provides, flexibility and the awesome neck and lumbar support pillow with lumbar massage functionality. Great assembly instructions too! The screws come already pre installed so don't freak out looking for them like I did lol.The lumbar pillow is not too hard nor too soft and feels great on your back when you plug it in. That’s the only thing I felt it was missing, a remote or switch for the massage pillow, it doesn’t come with an adapter for the usb cord either so you’ll need to have an extra one if you wanna plug it in to the wall/outlet.Side note: if you’re really trying to invest in comfort long term, get it with the 4D arm rests; SUCH A GOOD CHOICE, sooo much more adjustable and comfy than the normal arm rests, DEFINITELY WORTH the extra cash for those.✨Sorry for the long description but I had to be honest. Took me a longtime to get my fat ass in it. I'm not a small man (wearing a 44-46 pant) so, my ass doesn't fit in the seat well. Or, at least when it was new. I was determined to make this work, and now it does. I did have a long breaking in time, I would say maybe 120 plus hours before I could stand it. I did put quick glide wheels on it, so the issue I have with the chair is partly due to the wheels. When I sit on the front edge, like if I am leaning over, lacing my shoes, the chair slips from beneath me and shoots away to the rear. Also, you should use thread lock, because I had to go and tighten all the screws down again.Looks great, the lumbar pad feels really good when I slide it up into the back of the chair. I sit in this chair more than is healthy, and I'm happy with it now. It still looks good and the materials are holding up. I mean, it still looks new. The armrests sliding out or in is a nice feature I enjoy.Just be warned that the foam is firm, the seat curves up on the thighs, so if you are of any girth, you won't find this 100% comfortable. If you can break in some thing you love, like that pair of shoes you just have to wear, then eventually it will work out for you. But, it's going to take some commitment on your end.

Had it for a long time and it still as good as it was out of the box and the assembly for it is easy enough

I got my chair 💺 yesterday. First off this chair 💺is heavy! Every single piece, which makes for a very sturdy chair 💺 in my opinion.I put this together myself! I'm 5'10, It wasn't too bad to do and I managed just fine with a little 📱 help from my friend 🤣. But I didn't know it has a rocking feature. Nice addition!I love everything about this chair except for one minor thing the height adjustment from the lever on the seat I wish it went a little higher or started higher from the beginning.Overall the craftsmanship is awesome,has great back support, smooth rolling, no noise with anything on the chair, the reclining feature is smooth, the footrest is sturdy, also the headrest and back support pillow are a great addition and I picked the color Black which is so beautiful. This was my second chair from this seller. First one was amazing, this one is ok but not great due to a design issue. As a chair advertised for larger individuals a capacity of 350 pounds the seat is very narrow. If is was a flat seat it wouldn't matter.. this chair would be awesome. This chair however has raised wings on the seat that cut my legs in two. I weigh 290 pounds I'm a big guy but i in now way exceed this chairs claim of capacity. I spent a bit over 200 bucks on this seat and I'm just a poor boy from Missouri so ill have to sit in it till it quits. The sturdiness of the chair or quality of this company is not in question as Downix is a quality brand of computer chairs. I would love to review this chair with the same stars I give the company but I cant.. the chair 2 star the company 4 star!
