Good quality product for the price paid. It filters water quickly and pours a good amount from spout. Everybody has their own preference on taste quality but I would compare it to a bottle of water quality. At times I forget about the filter and when checking on the filter life light on top I’m always surprised that it shows not needing to be replaced. It sure does feel like it filters through 200 gallons before needing to be replaced. This is also in factor that I live with two roommates who are water fanatics. So high usage and still felt the time between replacements was extensive. Also enjoyed seeing the battery is still alive on checker as well as does not rot from being submerged in water on initial full fill on top after having and using for almost 2 years.

So far, I love it. Packaged well. No issues with leaking or odors or anything like that. Easy to assemble. Nice durable quality. Even though my fridge has a water filter, I wanted something to keep water in the fridge so that it is nice and cold so I can manipulate myself into drinking more water again. I wanted something, that when the power goes out, I still have a way to filter my water if I have to use tap water. The sleek and slim profile fits well in my fridge. Double filtered water never hurts and my water tastes pretty good. It's not mountain spring water, but it is a very good quality taste. I would recommend this.

I bought this pitcher to use as a sort of post-filter for water from a countertop RO unit that doesn't remove chlorine taste effectively. Full chlorine removal has been a problem with multiple countertop units I've tried. The pitcher really helps get rid of that lingering taste.The pitcher also has a nice design. It holds a fair amount of water and is slender.I haven't tried it as a primary filter, but I imagine it would at least reduce bad taste and contaminants in tap water.

I stopped filling water bottles at the stand after an accident, and I couldn't drive for several months but can't stand the taste of the local water. This filter takes all the bad taste out and I don't have to leave home! Now, a gallon of water is pretty heavy and that has been a challenge so pouring water now is a two-handed operation. The lid is tricky but if you just keep your right forefinger on the lid while pouring it stays in place. I get impatient when refilling for the filter to woek so I can fill the pitcher up all the way, but I usually only have to add water just twice. The cost is fair and has been recovered by saving all the quarters (now thirty cents!) I used to spend at the stand.

At first I didn’t think this pitcher was working right. The ph on the filtered water was the same as the water from the tap.I contacted customer service and Doreen and I had a good back and forth. Figured the ph strips did not accurately give a good reading. Finally tried a ph meter and this pitcher raised the ph way past 9.0. This water pitcher does what it says it does and I am pleased. I used to use filtered water pitchers like this years ago, but ultimately switched to purchasing distilled water by the gallon at the supermarket. Years ago, I was shocked when the price shot up to $0.57, but kept on purchasing it because I really needed it for my coffee maker. Well, on my last trip to the supermarket, the price was almost $3.00 a gallon -- and there was almost no bottled water by the gallon of any type. I immediately ordered this item on Amazon, and I am really satisfied. I might have to replace my coffee machine filter more often due to switching from distilled, but there is absolutely no way I can justify spending that much money on plain water! Recommended for efficiency and design. It is not too wide, and will fit nicely in my refrigerator if I so desired.

I already setting everything! Am glad I purchased this jar, is a must need item am glad I got it. I can store it on my fridge door. The water filter is good the size is great

I'm very happy with the Waterdrop Alkaline pitcher. But the main reason I'm writing this review is to praise the company (Waterdrop) for the customer service experience I had with one of their representatives when I had a question about the product. The name of the representative was Harper. She was very polite and professional, and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable about the product. She even followed up with me to make sure that my issue was resolved. I can't remember ever having a better "customer service" experience in my life, and I've been around a while.
