Excellent product
Air conduction is very effective compared to Bone conduction tech(my personal opinion), secondly its very light and easy to wear, and with Drivers the Bass is good and with Friday sale the price is very low.

Defective...
One side doesn't work

1st set was faulty shortly after purchase but was replaced free of charge.
Purchased and after a short while the left ear piece stopped working which was frustrating.Having engaged with the SoundPEATS team they sent me a new set free of charge and the new set is working with no issues.The sound quality is great and overall, a good value for money item.

After 2 months, my Soundpeats Runfree left side headset stopped working, so I reported it to Soundpeats. I requested a new model, the GoFree2, and they upgraded it with a small additional cost. This model was smaller, more compact, and more comfortable than the previous one. The sound quality was also much better. I am very happy with their quick response and support when I raised a complaint. In just 10 days, everything was resolved. Thank you!

great, but...
i love this brand, i love the sound, the battery life, the design, BUT -it's the 3rd time the product fails and i have to return it. in this case the left earbud stopped working 3 weeks after i received it, 1 day before the end of the return window.shame!

this is a fine product
i tried this first for 1/2 and full marathons. it's one month now and still working fine, and easy to use. the only think is the mic is low for the other guys when you talk and i guess it's because the headset is far from the mouth, the environment noise and they are designed as ear set to listen music than a normal headset!the review for battery performance is 10 days so far. i will come back later in few months for the battery quality

Waste of money
After a month one side will just stop working. And it seems a lot of people have the same issue. Better go for a better brand for that price.
