If regular lighters with lighter fluid are a 5/10, and rechargeable, electric lighters are 3.5/10, these are 9.5/10. They put out a strong flame that can't be blown out even by strong wind. The only negative is that they don't come with butane, but that's a legal thing.

Saw these on a camping video - they were highly recommended (instead of the old style long click & click & click & click grill lighters) … well, this torch lighter worked better than we expected … we did not have one time they didn’t get the camp stove lit, even in very windy conditions (a guy needs his morning coffee whether the wind is up or not) … my only advise is to buy two of them … we “misplaced” one the first few days of an extended camping trip and thank goodness we had the second one (the misplaced one showed up as soon as we got home stored in the wrong place) … I swear, you could probably light a cigar with this torch in a high wind … very happy with this product!
