I have fallen in love with madecassoside for my skin health. Instead of using harsh BHA's whenever I see a breakout coming, this product has offered a more soothing alternative that also starts working on any scars or redness. I love the material of the pads. I think it's gauze, but it applies so well on the skin and doesn't slip. I like to use these as a sheet mask on target areas, and then I swipe the remaining product on the rest of my face. These pads are hydrating, brightening, soothing, and have a subtle clean smell (can't really describe it, but it smells fresh and even a little herbal). Repeat customer here, this is a great product if you have troubled/textured skin. I also think it's perfect for either dry or oily skin. I have normal skin, and use these all the time and honestly prefer them to my more "exfoliating" or "peeling" toner pads. Tbh, I think that hydrating your way out of a moment of skincare troubles is better than dousing your skin with actives.

Skin type: very very dry, fair, and prone to burning. Red hair and blue eyes, in early 40’s.These are fabulous! I use these as a mask, so I lay them all over my face, hands and arms after double cleansing, and let them do their magic. My skin absorbs as much as it can and then I let it dry and put the Triple Collagen Cream over top. I especially use these when I’ve had to reapply sunscreen multiple times during the day (as we all should!; wear sunscreen, dear people!) as it tends to dry out my skin. As a bonus, it doesn’t seem to irritate my eyes much. I hope they never stop making these, they’re great!

I dont think this product actually does anything functional for my skin, however, I always use two pads for each cheek after I shower. I let them sit on my face for a little before gently rubbing the pads over the rest of my face. I definitely feel ‘smoother’ after using these pads, if that makes any sense. My best guess is this product helps the most with skin texture, and its just nice and relaxing to use. Smells good too!
