GUI-based so easy to configure
GUI-based so easy to configure, which is just as well because the documentation is light where some depth would help, e.g. multiple protocols going to the same address. And its fast - we all get up to 350Mbps down and 15Mbps up without a problem. The vendor turned out to be absolutely solid - which can be a worry when you're buying at the low end of offered prices

Great value for money
Great value for money. Cisco support is excellent and this influenced my choice.

Avoid. No fit. It looks promising but can not be used for its main purpose
At first glance it looks like an impressive piece of equipment. When you login the interface does not look too shabby either. But one thing immediately jumps at you - web UI is slow. Jumping between menu items is slow and on top of that it loads data async. It is certainly for an advance user.My main goal for buying this router is to have a failover between 2 lines and if those fail to a 4G dongle. You can plugin 4G dongle directly to the router. That sounds nice, isn't it?So can it fail over? Yes. Can it load balance? Yes. Is it stable? No.After first learning how to configure it properly (I had to provide a generic dns server, you can not use the router itself as a dns sever and it could intelligently figure out the dns from the ISP, oh no).I put my 2 lines and the 4G dongle to work. For about 24 hours there was no issues. And it even fail over when my primary connection went down for 2 hours. However the next day on a video call the router freezed! I restarted and it freezed again within 30 mins.I've updated it to the latest firmware. And it stopped recognising the 4G dongle. The dongle they say they can officially support. And yes, it is a known issue on the latest firm ware. This was so stressful and frustrating.Kudos to amazon for swiftly refunding me the purchase .I went instead for TP-Link ER7206 Omada router. Same price range. It is early days, but even setup and responsiveness from it. Not to mention it has 4 WAN ports with load balancing and even a single link back up. Oh, and you can reserve the IPs with 1 button. With Cisco you had to copy paste Mac and ips.

Not easy to configure
This device is not easy to configure, by normal Cisco standards. For example, to change the LAN IP address, the firmware has to be downgraded to the initial release, multi-stage (quite tricky) changes made, then patched back to the latest. The Static DHCP table has to be manually entered, rather than uploaded from .csv and has a limited number of entries possible. All-in-all takes at least twice as long as it should to get it running to a specific configuration, assuming you can find the ‘how-to’ in the forums for your particular requirements. Sad to say, consider looking elsewhere, unless you have a Cisco-only environment… On more than one occasion, I considered sending it back, as so difficult to replicate existing set-up (on Vigor), but persisted to get it working after many hours of research/reading.

THIS IS ONLY A 4 PORT (NOT 14 as the description says)
The description for this router is 14-port.It is not - it is only 4-port.I’m not out of budget due to spending on other networking items.Disappointed that such a well know distributor can make such a vital error.

Do not buy
I bought this for home use and it requires you to purchase a license from Cisco. Because I bought it from amazon they would not sell me a license and said it must be supplied by amazon. I contacted amazon who said they had no ide what I was on about. Do not buy this.
