Pretty tasty! I usually suck them down by themselves, but I imagine they could blend well in a fruity smoothie. The only drawback is I noticed the packs I buy individually from Pressed seem fresher somehow.

Overpowering
I want the bad reviews not to Be bad, and it’s not that it’s horrible just strong and definitely overpowering. I put it in 12ozz smoothie and I could mostly taste it. I wanted to get my money back but I plan on gifting too

I love this sea moss and appreciate that it comes in easy to go packets. These are great for traveling and for long shelf life. I love to get all my vitamins in at once with this product and also seems to help me with sleep.
