Great for sensitive skin and people who sweat in the face.
I absolutely love this product My daughter introduced me to it. My skin is very dry however, I sweat so much in my sinus area and my skin is very sensitive. Most products are too heavy when I put them on and they make me sweat more or I feel like I need to get a papertowel etc and wipe it off. None of that with this. It's light, it moisturizes my dry areas and it does not leave a greasy or heavy feeling. It dosent make me sweat at all. Best of all it only takes a little. I use about a dime size and that works great. I only need to use once a day. I recommend this product.

Love This Moisturizer!
I have been using Simple products for as long as I can remember. I love Simple products because they work really well for my dry sensitive skin. I've always used their Replenishing Rich Moisturizer, but I was developing some dry patches on my face that would not go away and I was looking for something more to help with that. When I saw that Simple had come out with the Water Boost Hydrating Gel Cream Face Moisturizer and saw that it was made for dry dehydrated skin I bought it right away. A few minutes after I applied it to my face I could really notice a difference! My skin felt soft and smooth, especially where the dry patches were, and it even looked better too! I've been using it now for about a week and a half and my dry patches have gone away! The only downfall is that it comes in a small tube. I wish they would come out with a bigger size, but other than that I absolutely love this moisturizer and would recommend it to anyone with dry/dehydrated/sensitive skin! I also use this product along with the Simple Water Boost Micellar Face wash, and at night I use the Simple Water Boost Skin Quench Sleeping Cream.

Obsessed with this! Sensitive skin friendly!
I couldn't be more obsessed with this gel cream. I've tried the Loreal hydragenius, the Neutrogena hydroboost, the garnier moisture bomb gel and while those are really nice as well, this is my fav so far. It is EXCELLENT for sensitive skin. No fragrance at all, which is something the others I mentioned all have. I also think this one may be the closest thing to the Tatcha watercream if you've ever tried that. My fav gel cream of all time is the clinique moisture surge intense, but honestly this one comes in at a VERY CLOSE second. I just love it. However, I took off one star because the amount you get of this is SO SMALL. It is only 1.7 oz, which I didn't notice before buying. I was just expecting to get more. I would like for them to offer it in a size larger than this because I don't like having to repurchase so often since I will have to order it off of Amazon each time.

very lightweight which is a MUST in Florida heat!!
I've been using Mary Kay oil-free hydrating gel for years. I live in central Florida so just need something lightweight. Due to a number of factors (price, animal testing, packaging issues , hard to find in a travel size) I was looking for another product. Mary Kay puts their product in a thick plastic tub which requires a dipping paddle and doesn't travel well, because the product gets all underneath the lid, which leads to waste; at close to $15 an ounce, that's a lousy design. I tried Neutrogena's oil-free facial product (appx $12), however it left my skin with a weird residue - kind of soapy/sticky. Just to be safe I used it for a couple of days, but had the same issue. So that got returned. Now, for half the price of the Neutrogena, I found this product, and I really like it. This product is 1/4 the price of Mary Kay, comes in a tube (easy to travel), and I like the way it dispenses, as there is a little indented area just the right size for portioning. Plus when you close the cap, it has a stopper.

The best product i have EVER used!!!!!!
This is honestly the best product i have EVER used. I’ve been using it for 2-3 years. I have super sensitive skin and for some reason my skin gets SUPER dehydrated. I have tried many products but nothing has worked as well as this. I swear by this hydrating moisturizer/gel and i recommend it to any and everyone. I do the upwards and outward motions like suggested and it instantly absorbs. It never feels sticky which is a HUGE plus. A little bit definitely goes a long way. I use it on my face, neck and other areas of my body that seems to feel dehydrated (elbows, knees and back of hands). I have heard from multiple people that my face has never looked more hydrated than it does right now. My favorite part is every time i apply it it always feel cool temperature wise. It leaves a cool and clean feeling like i have put a cool compress on my face. I would recommend this product 100x over and over.

Feels lovely, not greasy, allergic reactions to something.
I bought this because of the name, Simple, the ingredient list appeared clean and great for sensitive skin, and the price point, it seemed like a great substitute for Neutrogena gel that was on backorder. I added it to my skin care regimen as soon as it arrived. Within a few days, I developed an angry inflammed pore at the side of my mouth that grew to the size of a walnut. It took 2 weeks to settle down, an left a scar. I am over 50 and have never had any type of acne scars, so this was alarming. I didn't initially attribute it to the Simple produce, just figured I had maybe done something wrong when exfoliating. The same thing happened to the right side of my upper lip a couple of weeks ago, this time involving 2 pores, and took another 3 weeks to heal, there is still a hard lump of something under my skin and a scar forming. The day I stopped using the Simple moisturizer, my pores started to look and feel better. Could be that the moisturizer is expired- I saw that it was discontinued in 2020, or could be that I am allergic to one or more of the ingredients, but it can be hazardous to open pores I guess. I discarded the remainder of the Simple moisturizer and decided I will go back to tried and true Aveeno- not even sure about trusting any other water based moisturizers.
