Best $399 you will spend to upgrade your Harley!!
Wow what a difference on my ‘14 Triglide! The factory radio was eh, good for gps, but hard to see. What was worse was that the factory radio would loop the same 10 songs from Apple Music over and over and over. Not this bad boy! I paired this unit with a wireless Apple CarPlay dongle via the built in USB port and I’m now able to keep my phone in the trunk to charge because this unit perfectly and seamlessly pairs with and mirrors my phone each and every time reliably. Not to mention, it was literally plug and play into the original factory wiring harness and all of my handlebar controls still work!! If you have an older Harley that this unit is compatible with, it’s the best $399 you will spend on your bike. Period!

Looks great
Unit works great so far. Only had a few weeks but did a 1k mile weekend trip and stereo and apply car play worked great.The unit looks really nice many think it’s factory. Install was also pretty easy once you get fairing off and remove old unit, this fit my 17 Electra glide perfectly. Truly just plugged it in… handlebar controls work!Only been a couple weeks so will see about longevity but immediate reaction is well worth it!

Worth the price
Worth the price, install was easy if you know a little about removing the old and hooking a new head unit up. Antenna is useless, doesn't pick up anything. Some delays in response from toggle control and some functions do not work in the Android auto...especially in waze.

Easy installation
Very easy to install. USB cable was a little shorter than factory. This made my factory speakers way louder and cleaner.Very happy with purchase.

USB Cord Short Length. Rubber Gasket is not where it should be on cord.
The cord is short but consumers can remedy this by simply not utilizing the rubber gasket in it's proposed location. Simply trim it and cover the opening it's originally designed for.#EazyPeezy

Seemed like a good product, initially. Just pray you don't have an issue with it..
Sooo when this first arrived, I was happy. Paid to have it installed, & hit the road. Loved the option of being able to charge my cell phone & use Apple car play via the USB port that comes with & is secured inside the unit to keep it waterproof I'm guessing. Unfortunately, the USB port went bad & was no longer charging or syncing. & Since it's attached internally to the unit, you can't just replace it & keep rolling.. I figured, no problem. I'm a PRIME member, & I purchased this through Amazon. I even paid the extra money for the Asurion plan. All bases covered right? Wrong. I contact Amazon, who were no help at all, other than letting me know I had to contact the seller. Tried repeatedly, but was finally able to contact the seller, who then gives me the number to Tech support.. Was finally able to get through to TS., who tells me it's not a tech support issue, & I have to contact the warranty department. Gives me their number.. I call them, but eventually had to just leave them a message.. Over a week later., still no response. I contact them again., (keeping in mind that my return window is slowly running out).. Finally get through to someone, explain the issue, & take a deep breath. The person I talked to, says they can help, & tries to transfer me back to Tech Support. I explain I've already talked to Tech Support, which is how I got your number again.. Warranty says they'll help me, but we need to switch to email. I respond to the email they send, which asks me to basically write an essay about everything I already explained., & all the info that's already in the attachments they asked me to send as well. I send all of that back. Finally get a response, which tells me that I need to pay to remove it professionally, pay for packaging, to go on top of the packaging it came in, pay for shipping., & send it back to them. Oh & along with a money order for $35., for shipping. Then I need to wait for them to decide if they're gonna replace, fix, or just return it (guess which one they'll pick) which will probably take quite a while to do. Most likely months if I had to guess.. Then I remembered, hey I paid the extra for the Asurion plan. Which is supposed to cover repair, replacement & shipping. Decide to contact Asurion & guess what they told me? The manufacturer will have to take care of it, so I still have to pay for removal, packaging & shipping it out of pocket. But., they'll cover it once the warranty runs out. Which surprise, is basically around as much time as the plan "covers" me. However, if Power Aqoustik sends it back, with paperwork saying they won't cover it, then I can send it to them, & wait for them to decide if they're gonna replace, repair, or refund it.. So either way, I'm stuck. I'm basically gonna have over $500+ out there in limbo, no audio, an open hole in my dash, & no choice but to either do without, or order another unit of some sort, & pay to have that one installed so I can be covered, while I wait to see if anyone is gonna cover the one I already paid for.. Which isn't much of a choice, considering my bike is my preferred mode of transport.. At this point, all I can say is., thanks Amazon, but I'm not really feeling the love right now.. Extremely disappointed in how this is being handled.
