Constipation problems
I really think the tablets are working, been much better since I started taking them , not 100% sure of the correct dose for myself but getting there.

Took as extra help for slow digestion. Works to a degree but still some days better than others.

Recommended product by IBS society
I have had IBS for years and have been taking these tablets for some time. I hope they are doing what they say on the pack.
