Good for a cheap, basic motion sensor
I bought a few of these to try on my existing Zigbee home automation network, and they've been working well for me so far! Some people may like that they:- use common household batteries (AAA, as opposed to coin cells or other lithium batteries)- are fairly responsive (quick to detect motion)- seemingly long battery life (they claim 2 years; I've had mine 15 months now without changing them)- cost a lot less than most other devicesSome people may not like that they:- are fairy large in one dimension, so somewhat awkwardly shaped and perhaps not as aesthetically pleasing as other sensors (but they're pretty thin in return--and just long enough to fit the batteries plus the sensor lens on the other end)- don't offer sensitivity configuration- don't offer additional features common in other sensors, like temperature reportingAll in all, these are pretty good sensors, especially for the price. If you don't mind paying a bit more, you can find other sensors that offer better aesthetics, more features, or other wishlist items you may have (personally, the CentraLite sensors are my favorite for Zigbee, but they cost a bit more!).

Works OK so far, but functionality is VERY limited. For example, sensitivity cannot be adjusted.
I'm using these as occupancy sensors for room lighting. They are working fine so far, but they are extremely limited in how they can be configured. For example, you CANNOT change how sensitive they are to movement, you CANNOT change how often they check for movement, and you CANNOT change how long they take to send a new motion trigger after just firing one.If you only need a device that can send a binary trigger to your smart network (that is, "motion" or "no motion"), then this may work fine for you. That said, I'd expect such simple and nonconfigurable devices to be cheaper. If you need a little more functionality - like adjusting the sensitivity of motion detection - you'll want to find another product.

Works, but not outstanding
While this does doe the job intended, it is slow to respond, and once motion is detected it takes 35 seconds to change states back to "no motion". To test this I used a small bowl with a black cloth inside and laid it face down. I would pick it up, put it back down and time the state change. It was ~35 seconds each time. That's much too long and could easily be fixed with a FW update, if provided. Also, the range is not very good. In some locations it could be completely fine, but in my use situation, it was a serious inconvenience. The only pros is that it uses AAA batteries, which was the biggest reason for buying it in the first place. Good battery life too. But the cons certainly outweigh the pros. Adding an accurate temperature sensor would be a huge pro, but not present.I was able to add a small neo magnet into one of the mounting holes, after drilling it out a big bigger, for fridge mounting. They should really include this as a standard feature. All of my other Motion Sensors are SmartThings brand, and they work perfectly. Just hate the odd and expensive batteries they require.

Just ok with Alexa. Amazing with Hubitat and Home Assistant.
I bought 8 of these when they were $10 each. Needed a way to combine all my zigbee and wifi products (appx 60 devices). Initially hooked them up to Alexa, which worked fine, but I needed more customization. I wanted to try all the options out there. I bought a conbee II stick, a sonoff zigbee stick, a cheap, used chromebox (flashed HA OS onto it), and a Hubitat. Long story short, I like the combo of the Chromebox and Hubitat without the zigbee sticks. After a lot of work, all my Merkury (Tuya wifi lights and LED strips) and zigbee lights and sensors work harmoniously. They are mostly controlled by these Third Reality motion sensors. It's awesome how I can walk through my home and have the lights follow me to whichever room I go. Then, within a few minutes, the lights will dim, and eventually turn off when I'm not in the room. I no longer have to worry about the kids leavings all the lights on in the house, at full blast, all day. They know they can just walk into a room and things will turn on, then turn off on their own after a couple minutes of no motion.I personally don't think the sensors are slow, but they're not completely instant. However, very satisfactory IMO. It mostly depends on the placement of the sensor. I tested the placement of each sensor for a few weeks before deciding on final placement. Sometimes they "see" too far off into the distance, which can be 10+ feet. However, in one room, I have to enter the darkness for ~1 second before the lights turn on. It's not the sensor's fault; it's due to placement. We just know we can't dash into the room - we need to watch that first step for one small second, which I'm fine with. I can easily place another sensor right outside the room, but then it would be turning on excessively.I spent a month tinkering, for hours a day, to ensure perfection. My lights are set to dim after 2 minutes of no motion, then turn off after 5 minutes of no motion. When we're sitting at the dining room table (within 5 feet of the sensor), it will (generally) not recognize smaller/regular eating and drinking motions, thus making the lights dim. However, the timer will reset if I get out of my chair. So, these sensors are not good enough to be a true occupancy sensor, which can detect super small movements. But with my kids the sensor is reset enough, with all the moving around and getting up, to keep the lights on. However, it's not going to sense you if you're just sitting there quietly eating.Anyway, I really like them and I want some more to make the sensing more precise. I want to combine automations so they they react only when multiple sensors are triggered. However, I don't want to spend $20 on each one, or even $17. They're worth it if you only need a few. But for the amount I want, I need the $10 deal!I want to thank Youtube and all the awesome home automation channels that showed me how to do all of this. It was definitely a big time commitment. Lots of frustration, but lots of fun and very satisfying to see my final product.

Works with Aeotec Smartthings Hub
I initially had trouble getting my hub to recognize this cheap motion detector. I left it overnight and it magically appeared in my connected Alexa app. Not sure what happened, but it does work. I mounted it on an old doorbell chime upside down to maximize the range I needed.Everything works good but I think there is a longer subsequent detection delay than my Samsung motion detector. What I mean is after it detects motion it waits 1 minute before it can detect motion again. I have to deduct a star for that downside.

Awesome entry motion sensor
This is great for a starting Home Assistant lab, or to play with.Fairly basic, but its great for the cost. Detection is super fast, but it has a 30second refresh time to detect again.

Small, easy too use and setup
Pairing with the Smartthings smart hub was easy. This little thing can be hard on batteries but the company is working with us to fix this.Great quality and works perfectly in our walkin closet to turn on/off the Smart lights. We have many Third Reality door sensors that work very well and are great value as well...

Works Well
have it linked to my eero devices which has Zigbee hub built in. Have some routines running on Alexa.Works as expectec.

Basic and functional.
Basic, no frills motion detector. No settings, no options. Works with Hubitat.
