Does not work well with ps5. Only lasted less then a month then completely stopped working

Sound is good in these inexpensive gaming headphones. They work great but my only gripe is the cord connecting to the PS4 remote broke easily.

I ordered these headphones for my PS5 back in October. They have worked fantastic, and I don’t play every day so I am just now having to charge them for the first time. But this is just where the issues began.1. The headphones had to be on for it to even charge. And it was a miracle I got them to charge in the first place. The light finally stayed on, and I left them to charge for several hours.2. When the light went off — indicating the headset is fully charged — I tried to use the headset again, but it refuses to turn on. I thought maybe they had died for some reason, so I tried to plug it back up to charge for a SECOND time. But now the indicator light would blink but not stay on.3. I checked the USB/Type C receiver plugged into the back of my PS5 and the light on that was flashing between blue and orange lights. I have no idea what that means considering the user manual and everything I have tried to search has given me zero answers.4. I finally tried connecting the headset back to the charging cord and the indicator light flashed — also don’t know what that means.I have tried everything I could think of and have found zero solutions. I hope I can solve this issue soon but this is what I’ve been dealing with for the past two days.

Super comfortable albeit a bit bulky, sound quality for listening is great, the mic requires speaking loudlyHas an auto shut-off feature after about 15 mins of no use and it will scare you every time it aggressively yells “POWER OFF” so not great for doing call center work which is why I bought them
