Lume Whole Body Deodorant - Invisible Cream Tube Mini + Solid Stick Bundle - 72 Hour Odor Control - Aluminum & Baking Soda Free, Skin Loving (Peony Rose)

I’ve been seeing ads for Lume on Youtube and like most people assumed it would just be as seen on TV junk. I have always had trouble with smelly armpits - even the clinical stuff can’t give me a full 24hrs of stink-free pits. I’ve tried everything from aluminum free to the highest percentage of aluminum and always disappointed. Last year I tried benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid which was most effective keeping me stink free for over 24 hrs but it does cause a bit of itching and itching a bit of a hassle so I went back to a spray by Secret and accepted that even if I shower in before, I’d be gross before my 12 hr shifts are over.I became pregnant this year and I swear even showering and deodorant doesn’t keep the stink away for more than a couple of hours. Not only that, but the smell of everything is overwhelming and nauseating. I threw out my secret spray and tried unscented bar deodorants by Ban and Secret and even those were too much. I tried going back to the benzoyl/salicyclic, but again the scent 🤢Feeling hopeless, desperate and after reading positive opinions of Lume on Reddit I decided to splurge. After reading a few Amazon reviews I worried that the Rose scent would be too overpowering, but ordered anyway knowing that I could return it if it didn’t work.I’ve now been using Lume for about a week and must say I am in LOVE. I haven’t sniffed the bar, but after applying 4 swipes on each pit I can say the scent is mild, not triggering and does fade to almost hopeless. This is the first deodorant to give me over 48 hours of stink-free and I’ve been using deodorants for over 20 years! It goes on easily and doesn’t leave an impossible residue on my scrubs like the aluminum stuff does. This product is truly life changing and I will continue to purchase. I did consider giving only 4 stars because $20 is a lot for deodorant, but really it’s a small price to pay to no longer worry about if your coworkers and BF can smell your bo. Feeling insecure to hug because of someone possibly smelling you absolutely sucks. Smell like nothing and feel confident with this stuff. Btw I haven’t tried Lume anywhere other than pits and haven’t tried the cream yet.

This deodorant is amazing! I head about it on a podcast and I've been looking for a healthier deodorant without aluminum. No deodorant with aluminum worked for me and didn't last when I got really sweating. This deodorant may be a touch pricey but im sooo impressed. It doesn't burn when I apply it after a shower and I shaved my armpits. I haven't used it in other areas, but im sure you could. I got the toasted coconut, and the smell is long lasting and stronger than other deodorant (im a good way). Most deodorant has a scent name, but you would never guess that's what it smelled like. Not this deodorant tho!

Lume is amazing! It doesn't mask the odor, it actually prevents it all together. I used to have loud BO from what I call my "leg pits". My crotch area would stink just like armpits with no deodorant. I didn't want to use normal antiperspirant with aluminum so near to my privates so I tried lume. And boy does it work! Odor completely gone. Even if I don't apply it for a day the effect lingers and I still have no odor! Both the solid stick and cream work well for me but I prefer the solid stick as it's more convenient to apply. The clean tangerine, peony rose and power scents are all pleasant despite all having a slight undertone of whatever the active ingredient is. The sage scent is horrible. It's pricey but it works amazingly well.

I've gone through numerous reviews of this product, and I can say that for years I've struggled with a potent odor under my arms. Upon first opening this deodorant, it has a strong fragrance; however, it seems to meld with your body, and the scent dissipates. This deodorant effectively neutralizes odor and provides long-lasting protection, so I would recommend it. While it may feel slightly sticky when applied and has an initial strong scent, both aspects fade, leaving you odor-free throughout the day.

I was so pleasantly surprised...a product that really does work as advertised. My body odor was gone within seconds of application. Some say it is costly but I compare to the cost of creams I buy that do not work at all like anti-aging products.

Minted cucumber, the deodorant cream smells so bad I have to toss it!! Makes me literally gag!! The solid smells ok but not going to get this again!!

I really like this but when you first put it on it has an odd smell. Thankfully that goes away and then you are skink free for at least 2 days. You can just be lazy and not gross anyone out. lol

I thought the lotion was gonna be a regular size lotion but it's a sample size. I was pretty disappointed by this but I suppose it's my fault cuz I should've read the info better. $20 felt like a reasonable price for a regular sized lotion and deodorant stick but with the lotion being a one or two time usage of the whole body, it's too expensive imo but it does work. I'd give it 5 stars if it was a more reasonable price for my budget or if I was rich and money were no object. The smell of the lotion is okay, there's something in it that's kind of off but idk what that is exactly. For some reason, the deodorant stick smells better than the lotion so if you can only afford one option I'd say go for the stick. It keeps me dry and smelling fresh in my pits and I use it occasionally in my thigh creases if I'm gonna be walking a whole lot. Y'all know how it is. I also put it under my boobs, no one likes boob sweat, it checks out, it works! The lotion is a nice texture, it's thick and creamy but isn't heavy and suffocating. My skin absorded it pretty quickly and was dry by the time I put my clothes on. I'd recommend it to people who I know have money, I probably won't recommend it to people who I know are tight financially because when you're on a tight budget, this could seem frivolous.
