This Gets It Done!
We have an 18x36 with deep end and this cleans like a charm. The ‘no tangle’ cord is the bomb as we had replaced an older unit that wound up. It was a pain to stop and deal with. I love the simple features of the PRO. It connected easy to Wi-Fi. I love starting from my phone in any room of the house. I love the History feature showing me just how much was filtered etc. the scheduling site helps me by doing the work for me. The huge debris basket is simple to remove and clean as well as changing out filters is easy. Dolphin made registering the product simple through the app. We gladly, sent back a cordless competitor model for a refund.Fast delivery. Highly recommend!p.s. I would like to know the part numbers to the ultra fine filter. I tossed the bag before writing it down.

Great pool cleaner Not great at lasting long!
The reason for only 4 stars is that is doesn’t last long. 4 stars because when it works it’s awesome!#1 purchased March 2017 for 718.97 not including tax.#2 purchased March 2022 for $879.00 not including tax and extended warranty purchase of $114.73#3 purchased January 2025 $849.99 not including tax. $879.00 was on a gift card from the extended warranty.$740.44 including tax$951.52+$114.73 including tax and extended warranty$920.03 including taxTotal spent on all three $2726.72 includes tax and the 1 extended warranty.$2726.72-$879.00 refunded from extended warrantyTotal out of pocket costs is $1847.72This is my 3rd purchase of this same robot pool cleaner. The first one stopped working while under warranty. I sent it back, it was repaired and retuned to me. It lasted another 3 years before it stopped working again. It is not cost effective to send in for repairs that I have to pay for and is very heavy so also costly shipping fees. Now no longer under warranty I had to purchase a new one. This time I purchased the extended warranty offered by Amazon. This one my second purchase, lasted only 2 1/2 years before it stopped working just like the first one. I was able to use the money from the warranty I purchased to purchase my third one. I ordered a 3rd one and no longer had the option of purchasing the extended warranty. That is my main concern at this point. If this one gives out after the original warranty expires then I will no longer have any financial recourse.I would expect that a purchase of nearly $900.00 would last longer. . So now I have purchased three of the exact same cleaners in less than 9 years. I will see how long this one lasts. It works fantastic as long as it lasts.I have also recommended to many family members and friends whom have all had similar experiences with the robots they purchased no longer working.

I’m impressed.. doing a great job!
My pool is only 14,000gal, 30’ x 17’. I read lots of reviews, watched several videos about robotic pool sweepers, and decided on the Nautilus CC because it is lightweight, has a 50’ cord and simple to operate. It has 3 choices for operating, daily, every other day or every 3 days. I did purchase the extra fine debris filers because of algae growth and it did vacuum it up. I’m impressed with my Nautilus CC, not only cleans bottom of my pool, it also reaches the tile and cleans the steps! It’s doing a great job!

Easy to use best purchase for a pool
The media could not be loaded. This works great! You can just put it in the pool and it does the work for you. This has been easy to use for myself and my 3 daughters.

Mostly pleased
I have a 16x32 above ground vinyl lined pool. I purchased this vacuum for a couple reasons:1) I wanted to get something that saved me hand brushing my liner day in and day out.2) I wanted something that was reasonably affordable compared to the premium models, and seemed good enough for my above ground pool. Here are my observations after a couple months of use:1) Super Easy startup... Drop unit in water, plug into power box, turn on.2) No programmable time settings. Runs for a couple hours and stops. Have to start again if pool is still dirty.3) The smart path navigation it uses to map the pool is random. Some reviewers say it seems to get smarter after each use. I have not observed this, at least with this model. It picks a different path every time you turn on. Some paths are smarter or more efficient than others.4) It climbs walls successfully in the forward direction. But seems random sometimes when it decides to climb. So not all of your pool walls will get scrubbed in a single vacuum.5) Rotating scrubber or agitator works well. Just realize that this agitation, along with water propulsion from the unit itself will stir up some debris and put it in suspension. This may or may not resettle by the time the vacuum cycle finishes.6) By default this model comes with a fine filter, and I purchased this package with the extra ultra fine filter. This is probably where I was most disappointed. The fine filter does reasonable at picking up most debris, but very fine particles will pass through and resettle post vacuuum. The ultra fine filter will pick these finer particles up, but seems to cause the unit to have much lower suction and as such leaves most of the larger, heavier debris behind. After calling tech support, it seems this is expected behavior, where each filter medium has a specific purpose, but are not multi-taskers. I knew going into the purchase the fine filter would not catch everything, but I was hoping the ultra fine would serve 2 purposes and it does not. I even tried mixing, using 2 fine and 2 ultra fine cartridges, but the ultra fine reduces suction and the fine lets particles pass, so kind of worst of both worlds. Note: The filter box requires you to unscrew it all if your want to replace all 4 filter cartridges, which is a bit cumbersome. So my primary use model is using the fine filters only, and I have a hand battery vac I use to get the really fine stuff. I imagine the more premium models solve this with 2 independent filter mediums working together.7) Even though this model does not have a power cord swivel, no issues with tangle as long as power line is put in the pool relatively tangle free.8) Filter box easy to clean. Just make you have a powerful spray function so medium does not clog up over time.Overall, it does mostly what I had hoped it would do, and has saved me a bunch of time in terms of manual weekly maintenance.
